Housing
The property consists of 2 independent houses with different looks and flavors. One is very modern in a Scandinavian spirit the other is more cozy and more family home.

Travelers access
You will have access to all parts of the house and all these equipment. A pool engineer will come once a week to check the pool. "Routine" maintenance (removing leaves, adding chlorine pebbles) is the responsibility of the tenants

Other remarks
The house is ideally located because it is tucked away not overlooked at the end of a charming little path but it is also 1.2km from the village of Cormeilles and its many shops (supermarket, bakeries, pastry shops, butchers, fishmonger, wine merchant, dairy, hardware store, restaurants, service station, antique dealers, tennis, etc ...). Cormeilles is certainly the liveliest village in the Pays d'Age. It is linked to its history because the city is that of antique dealers. This specificity guarantees the passage of many merchants and buyers. The village is the perfect illustration of the formula between sea and countryside: 20 km from the sea but in the heart of the magnificent green and hilly region of the Pays d'Auge. There are activities for all tastes nearby: golf, tennis, horse riding, tree climbing, Zoological Park of Cerza, etc ...
