“The staff because VERY AGRESSIVE with me after I told them I found a roach in my room. I have videos of when I was alive, when I killed it and left in on top of the sink. I let the staff know and one of them because VERY aggressive with me saying that I wanted a free room when I had already checked out AND PAYED IN FULL for my room. I never asked for a type of compensation or anything but he started screaming at me and telling me I brought the roach with me. UNACCEPTABLE ”

“Perfectly situated in downtown Chippewa Falls, with everything in walking distance! Our King suite was comfy, and we appreciated the mini-fridge and Starbucks coffee. The complimentary hot breakfast was a highlight with eggs, sausage, hashbrowns, waffle maker, fruit, etc. The person who set up breakfast was very nice and attentive. Desk staff were largely absent, but we didn't need much. In the vending area, you can get a pizza and bake it in a pizza oven...super convenient for late night...
