Never disappoints

Great House, Location, and Amenities

Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed the house for what ended up being a 6-night stay. We had travel delays that cost us a day but the owner was gracious enough to allow us to add a night on the back of our trip. Pool is awesome, house is beautiful and clean with tons of space. Hot tub takes a minute to heat up, but is lovely once it's at temp. Board games, video games, multiple TV's, ping-pong, putt-putt area, beach chairs/toys/wagon, and bags game were all used and great to have. The screened-in sitting area in the back was awesome for our rain day. Neighborhood is quiet and clean and we used the Publix down the street nearly every day. Easily get to AMI and all the nearby beaches. We'd definitely stay again and highly recommend to anyone else.

Absolutely wonderful

This house was perfect! Our family had the best time. Location is great, only a short drive to Anna Maria. The pool was AMAZING. Only suggestion is that the hot tub gets a bit hotter. Overall one of the best VRBO stays we have had.

5 Star Stay close to Anna Maria Island

This Coastal Farmhouse was everything we had hoped for and MORE!! The house is very clean, nicely decorated as depicted in the listing (you can tell that the owners take pride in their rental) and the backyard is a dream! I was traveling with my husband, 13 year old and 11 year old. The kids were excited for the game room and backyard, and were pleasantly surprised to find a ping pong table in the garage-they loved this unexpected surprise as did we! The backyard makes you never want to leave the property. Kimberly was very nice and super responsive. She went the extra mile for us with small touches such as a gift bag filled with goodies and a tray of cookies for us as we stayed there for Christmas. We would 100% recommend this rental to anyone, especially if you are wanting to frequent AMI. It is just a short drive to the beaches, shops and restaurants there. We have stayed at plenty of rentals and this one is top notch.

Beautiful Home in a quiet neighborhood

We booked this home last minute as we had lost our beach rental due to hurricane Helene and we were visiting to attend a wedding. I was reluctant, but the host assured me that we would have no trouble getting to this home and that there was no damage. This home is absolutely beautiful! It was perfect! It was extremely clean, updated and the decor was warm and inviting. We didn't get to stay long due to Hurricane Milton heading our way, but I would definitely rent this home again. The pool area is gorgeous and very private. They also included some fun in their design by offering a little putting green, spa, board games, a video game console, foosball table and ping pong table. Our short stay was wonderful! I highly recommend this property!

Beautiful Home

Beautiful home near the beach. Outside pool area is amazing. Kids loved the mini golf practice. Spa is amazing. Inside the home is just gorgeous. All the added extras like the game tables/room. Ping pong table. All the space and room for people. Would stay again without hesitation. Drove to the beach every morning and evening, literally about an 8 to 10 minute lovely drive.

Perfect for IMG Tournament

We traveled to Bradenton for a 4 day baseball tournament at the IMG Academy. We also wanted to have a family getaway and didn’t want to stay at a hotel. We were 10 mins away from the facility. We are a family of 5 (boys 12,15,17) and they loved the house and especially the backyard. We were very comfortable there and would stay again in the future if the opportunity presents. The instructions were very clear and Kimberly was very responsive.

Paradise

This was our first time to the Sarasota Bradenton area and I was looking for a relaxing family place to enjoy a much needed vacation. We have been to many places in Florida, but this by far was my favorite place. The home is perfect! Location is wonderful close to Anna Maria Islands, Sarasota and Siesta Keys. Toward the end of our trip we drove to Disney and flew out of Orlando. If you’re considering this the drive is easy! The kids spent most of their days in the amazing pool. The pool was perfect and private. Our rooms were spacious and far enough away from other rooms. The game room activities was a brilliant extra touch. Owner is, engaging, accommodating and so friendly. I have zero complaints! Do not hesitate and rent today!

First Family Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect. My kids enjoyed the pool and the 2 sun decks were perfect for tanning and watching the kids play. The location of the house was great and close to everything. We went to manatee public beach, coquina beach, and bradenton beach and all were within 15mins even with the occasional traffic. Overall our stay was amazing and we will def be back again.

Great stay!

The backyard and pool were absolutely beautiful. There were a lot of nice little touches that the owner left for us which we appreciated. One concerns I had was that there were no dressers anywhere in any of the bedrooms. I did mention that to the owner. Overall, we really had nothing to complain about.

Beautiful Home and Location!

Words cannot describe how much we enjoyed staying at the Coastal Farmhouse in Bradenton. First off Kimberly the host is amazing and so helpful. We had a really terrible experience with another host on VRBO canceling on us the day before our check in. We did not hear from a rebooking agent but when we contacted Kimberly, she made the whole process so easy. We were even able to check in the same day. The house was very clean. Our family and the other family who booked the house with us had so much fun. We greatly enjoyed the amazing outdoor space, pool, spa and miniature golf. We also enjoyed the ping pong table, corn hole and game room. So many memories made! This was by far my favorite house we have stayed at in the five years we have been using VRBO.

Gorgeous home

The location and decor were gorgeous. The size was perfect for our trip with 2 adults and 3 teenagers. The kitchen had NO extras. We had to buy a lot of normal things provided for our 5 day stay. Also, purchased an extra chair and cooler for the beach and left behind at the house. It’s hard to pack all those things when you fly. Overall great rating, just want the next travelers to be prepared to buy these things.

Summer 2023 Bradenton

This was a great place to stay. Beautiful home with appliances that allow for preparing food at home. The entertainment was great for the kids. Swimming, playing, arcade, football ping pong beach gear. The home experience was amazing and our family will not forget it soon! Just as an FYI, it’s a bit too far from the beach to utilize a golf cart but the public parking was great at Bradenton beach!
