When it comes to the holiday apartments, the name says it all, as local materials such as wood and stone were used in the construction. The owners grew up in Brand and parts of their families still live in Brand. The tourist operator also grew up in Brand and knows the valley like the back of his hand. A Brandner service, i.e. warm, genuine hospitality, can be felt.



Our modern and functionally furnished holiday apartment in Alpine style can accommodate up to 4 people. Each bedroom with a double bed has its own bathroom, the kitchen is fully equipped and, depending on its size, offers enough space to end an eventful day at the cozy dining table. The balcony offers a beautiful, unobstructed view of the Brandner mountain panorama and invites you to have a drink. In the cozy seating area you can put your feet up with an exciting book.



Particularly noteworthy is the wellness area on the ground floor. It offers everything a pampered wellness heart desires. A Finnish sauna, an infrared cabin and a steam bath are the classic treatments at the Brandnerhus. A spacious, bright relaxation room with access to the outdoors offers cozy moments between the various wellness sessions. A water fountain refreshes the mind and soul with fresh, cold Brandner spring water. This water is untreated and without any additives. It is almost detoxifying - so the best quality “Made in Brand”. Massages are available upon request.



The in-house drying room for ski and outdoor clothing also offers a boot dryer and boot warmer for free use. There is also a ski and bicycle room for you to optimally store your sports equipment.

An 18-hole golf course, 2 riding stables, an archery course, free outdoor sand tennis courts, indoor tennis courts, a free swimming lake, a climbing garden for young and old, guided hikes, the first and sometimes only bike park in Vorarlberg with fun sports equipment, countless alps and refuges, the Lünersee, which is under nature and landscape protection, and much more.



In winter, Brand offers everything a modern winter sports resort has to offer: a family-friendly ski area with slopes of all levels of difficulty, cross-country ski trails, toboggan runs, winter hiking trails, ski schools, sports schools, a varied leisure program, an ice skating rink,...

Numerous restaurants - stand-alone and in the various hotels -, shops and wellness options are open to our guests all year round. A special feature of this accommodation is the restaurant Gufer 55, which is located in the same building - a good home-style restaurant that has been awarded two toques and has no pretensions and a very good price/performance ratio.



Located at the valley station of the Palüdbahn (50 meters), a ski-in is almost guaranteed, because the Palüdbahn valley run is not only known to the locals as the most beautiful and varied run in the Brandnertal, this red piste is also the snowiest valley run in the entire Brandnertal.

Nice location & spacious rooms. Kitchen- more cutlery: if you only have 4/5 forks, spoons, knives… that is a little bit too tight. If would be better to foresee more cutlery.

Schöne Wohnung und toller Saunabereich!

Die Wohnung ist schön und praktisch eingerichtet und ideal für 4 Personen, auch Ausstattung und Sauberkeit sind top! Der Saunabereich ist ebenfalls sehr schön gestaltet und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt :-) - Im Sauna-Bereich steht ein Eimer für Aufgüsse bereit - es wäre schön, wenn auch ein Sauna-Duft zur Verfügung stehen würde. - Im Duschbereich des Sauna-Bereichs riecht es manchmal etwas unangenehm - Bei den Duschen des Sauna-Bereichs dauert es teilweise sehr lange (bis zu Minuten), bis warmes Wasser kommt.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön - so wie beschrieben. Was wir allerdings nicht auf dem Schirm hatten: Der komplette Ort Brand war noch im "Winterschlaf" (kein Saisonstart). Unter der Woche war nichts los, viele Geschäfte waren geschlossen. Die Liftanlagen waren unter der Woche nicht in Betrieb. Lediglich am Wochenende konnte man auf den Berg fahren. Da kam dann das Feeling auf. Eigentlich schade! Ansonsten war der Urlaub schön.

Eine tolle Unterkunft , unbedingt empfehlenswert!

Die Wohnung war sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und ausreichend geräumig. Es war alles vorhanden um sich auch selbst versorgen zu können. Den Garten hätten wir gerne häufiger benutzt aber das Wetter hat es nicht zugelassen. Es war super ruhig in dem Appartement und wir konnten gut schlafen. Toll war auch das Spa, dass ich regelmäßig genutzt habe. Schön wäre es gewesen wenn es einen Hinweis gegeben hätte, dass man sehr lange auf das warme Wasser zum Duschen warten muss. Dann hätten wir nicht an einem Sonntag jemanden rausgeklingelt, der aber auch sofort gekommen ist!!!!!! Das wiederum war ein super Service! Ich hätte mich noch über eine Flitsche im Bad gefreut damit man die Dusche sofort vom Wasser befreien kann

Moderne große Ferienwohnung,

Modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, sehr sauber, tolle Lage, auf E-Mails wurde sehr schnell geantwortet, unkomplizierte Übergabe der Wohnung, tolle Natur, viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung, Trocken/Skiraum hat uns sehr gut gefallen Leider war der Geruch in der Wohnung nicht so toll. Es roch sehr nach Rauch, so dass unsere Klamotten diesen Geruch komplett angenommen haben- auch die frische Wäsche. Als Nichtraucher nicht so toll. Schön wäre es wenn es vielleicht eine Möglichkeit gäbe zu waschen Im Trockenraum fehlt eine Schuhbürste, Lappen und ein Mülleimer, wenn man seine Schuhe gesäubert hat, lässt sich dann doch besser das ganze trocken wischen. Leider gab es nur die normale Gästekarte- bei der Gästekarte Premium wären die Bergbahnen inklusive gewesen. Leider gab es dadurch noch nicht mal einen Rabatt der Bergbahnen im Brandnertal.

Super schöne Wohnung mit eigenem Bad pro Schlafzimmer, sehr sauber geputzt (!), angenehmer self Check-in und check-out, tolle Lage mit vielen Optionen, einfach ein geniales Gesamtkonzept - vielen Dank an das Team! Im rechten Bad (Innenseite des Hauses) gab es einen unangenehmen Geruch aus dem Abfluss schön wäre es noch, wenn es Spülmittel gäbe um die Spülbürste sinnvoll einsetzen zu können an manchen Stellen war die Wand leicht abgenutzt und würde ein wenig Farbe vertragen zwei Haken in der Küche zum Aufhängen der Geschirrhandtücher wären sinnvoll ein Schild an den beiden E-Auto-Ladestationen, dass die Parkplätze dort nur für diese sind und nicht von Verbrennern blockiert werden wäre zweckdienlich

Sehr gut aufgeteilt Ferienwohnung mit ausreichend Stauraum auch für den Skiurlaub. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. 2 großzügige Badezimmer. Skispind im Skidepot auf 4 Skiausrüstungem ausgelegt. Zur Palüdbahn maximal 100m.

Perfekte Lage zur Skipiste

Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal im Brandnerhus und werden sicherlich wieder kommen. Das sagt eigentlich schon alles. Top gepflegte und super ausgestattete Appartements. Die Lage zur Liftstation ist ebenfalls top! Die Kommunikation per Mail und eigener App hat auch prima funktioniert.

Eine sehr schöne moderne Unterkunft . Etwas dunkel . Aber sehr ruhig . Der Saunabereich war sehr schön. Nur einige Besucher kannten weder den Mülleimer noch den Behälter für benutzte Handtücher .
