Beautifully Renovated 2 Bedroom Gold Camp Condo!

Welcome to our newly renovated 2 bedroom Gold Camp condo! Every part of the condo was updated and the results are amazing! The kitchen features butcher block countertops with a huge breakfast bar. The condo comfortably accommodates up to four guests and is great for couples and small groups. The location is amazing to enjoy year round adventures in Breckenridge. Peak 8 is nearby and easily accessed with the Breck Free Ride bus and there are hiking and biking trails just minutes from the condo.

The Space:
This 2 bedroom Gold Camp condo has just been beautifully renovated and wonderfully decorated. Every part of the condo was updated and it is a perfect option for groups of 4. The kitchen has a modern feel with butcher block countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar that seamlessly ties into the living room. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare meals at home. The living room has leather furniture, a flatscreen TV, and a patio to enjoy the fresh mountain air. Both bedrooms are located down the hall from the kitchen and have similar layouts with a queen sized bed. There is a bathroom with a shower/tub that is conveniently located between the two bedrooms. Lastly, there is a washer and dryer next to the bathroom that guests can use during their stay.

This condo includes two outdoor parking spaces (parking permits required) and access to hot tubs and a sauna that are shared with the other condos in the Gold Camp Condo complex.

Please note that like most homes in Breckenridge, we do not have A/C.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire condo, the shared hot tubs and sauna, and two parking spaces (parking permits must be displayed). Guests will receive detailed check-in instructions a few days before their arrival through the booking platforms app or email.

The Neighborhood:
Gold Camp is close to everything; conveniently located within walking distance to epic Peak 8 activities! In the winter, the slopes are easily accessible via the Breckenridge Free Ride Bus (bus stop right outside the entrance to Gold Camp Condos). Biking and hiking trailheads are right outside the entrance of Gold Camp Condos, including the Freeride Park (just a few hundred yards away) and the Four O’Clock Trail which leads to the Reservoir.

The Peak 8 neighborhood is ideal for getting to and from town with the Breckenridge Free Ride Bus. You will have access to dining and shopping experiences in town that you won't want to miss. Take a stroll down Breck’s mainstreet and you might find yourself stumbling into an art festival, discovering a beer festival, seeing historic homes built in the 1800s or enjoying local musicians playing outside as you take a scenic stroll. Main Street has year round fun and be sure to visit Crepes a la Cart for the classic mountain crepes experience.

Outdoor adventure is easy to access from the condo. Nearby trails include Cucumber Gulch, which runs right outside your front door! It's a lightly trafficked out and back trail featuring gorgeous wildflowers that is best explored July-September. It's a great hike for all skill levels! Further out you'll find Peaks Trail via Breckenridge, a 7.8 mile point-to-point trail that is better from April to September. It's a moderate trail, so a little better for those that want a bit more of a challenge.

Getting Around:
The Breckenridge Free Ride Bus is the best way to get around town and there is a bus stop right by the entrance to the Gold Camp Condos. Uber/Lyft is also available.

Other Things to Note:
Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.

Please provide an accurate guest count prior to booking. Rates vary throughout the week and season and by number of guests. It's important that your guest count is accurate so we can be sure the home is adequately prepared and stocked for your stay.

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

We are offsite but available when needed. Please message us through the app or booking platform for the quickest response.

• 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival.

• The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection.
• Please promptly respond to any inquiries or requests for additional information to ensure the confirmation of your booking; failure to respond in a sufficient manner may lead to cancellation of the reservation.

Very simple process for renting and check in. Property as advertised. Perfect for a ski trip. Please note this is a first floor unit which makes easy in and out but then you hear your neighbors on the second floor walking around all night.

I can’t say enough about this rental. Perfectly located! Short walk to Main Street restaurants and shopping. We didn’t ski but it’s conveniently located near ski lifts & we stumbled across beautiful hiking trails. The condo has a full kitchen, washer/dryer & a cozy set up for staying in! I highly recommend staying here!
