Great stay!
We loved this cute little cozy condo. It had everything we needed for our ski vacation. The kitchen had all the cookware for dinner after a full day of skiing. The condo was super quiet even on a holiday weekend. The bed was comfy and we loved the shower with the rain shower head with amazing hot water. We would definitely stay here again when we come back the Breckenridge.

Nice condo for a family of three.
It suited or needs well , the bed in the bedroom very comfortable, but unfortunately I can say the same thing about the sofa bed. Sofa bed very uncomfortable. Kitchen well equipped we had fun cooking our meals. Thanks for your hospitality.

Great Condo
We loved the condo. The oversized steam shower was excellent! Kitchen has everything you need, the washer and dryer was a plus! We loved the little Latin cuisine grocery across the street! The most amazing park is right around the corner as well. Thanks for a wonderful stay for our little family!

Nice place but it’s not a 2 bed
The property was pristine. Very tastefully designed and decorated. Is perfect for people looking for a 1 bed. The host was respectful. For us though, it was a bit of a let down because we were looking for and had paid for a 2-bedroom and it was not a 2 bed, it was a 1-bed. We had to to make alternate arrangements and shelled out extra cash and had a few disgruntled friends, who had to adjust. I reached out to the host the very same day of the check-in and asked for a discount. He mentioned that Vrbo had decided to list the property differently and asked me to reach out to their customer service. Spoke with customer service from Vrbo - totally useless and rude! They asked me to take it up with the host directly. I am stuck without a solution, having paid for a property that was not as described. Deeply disappointed with Vrbo and their lack of ownership in solving my situation.

Comfortable and peaceful location
The location was very quiet and the space comfortable. To clarify, the air conditioning is a stand alone unit in the bedroom, but it does cool the bedroom effectively. It would be even better with a ceiling fan in the living room. We had a great time watching the hummingbirds flying to the feeders next door. Unless you need to be downtown, this location will definitively meet your needs.

Very cute place!
The unit was so cozy for my husband and I! It was very clean and I loved all the small touches of toiletries, hot cocoa and tea in the pantry, etc. The power went out once during our stay but luckily we were on our way out for the day and it was back by the time we came back! We did lose heat and had no hot water our last couple days and being that we were there in the winter it was no fun. Both the property manager and building owner were in contact and working on the issue. They offered great customer service through the process. Location was great in that it was easy to grab a free bus to middle of town! But it is not walking distance. Overall it was our first time visiting Breckenridge and we had a great stay despite the power and heat hiccups.

Property was in a great location with easy shuttle service to and from the village. Great little taco place across the street, but get there early!! This made for the perfect getaway weekend to enjoy the early season.

Our stay at the landing was great! The little touches were greatly appreciated. You really don't need to bring any toiletries with you on your trip, which saved room and weight in my check bag. The condo was cozy and made you feel like you were in the woods. I liked that it was a little bit away from downtown ad I am a light sleeper. The proximity to other towns of interest and parks was key as well. Would definitely book again.

Wonderful experience!
We loved our stay so much! The space was full of warmth, much like “home”. The kitchen was well stocked with all needed to prepare meals. We used the BBQ for a dinner in. The shower was so relaxing, the fireplace warmed the unit and the bed was super comfy! We will certainly return.

Lovely stay in cozy Breckenridge condo
My husband and I traveled to Breckenridge from Denver for a long weekend at the end of August. The condo was perfect for the two of us. It was very clean and had everything we needed, including plenty of pots and pans for cooking. We had a tasty dinner and margarita at Yo Mammas Cantina across the street one evening and enjoyed a wonderful dinner at South Ridge Seafood Grill in town another evening. We mountain biked outside of town two days and my husband walked across the street to fly fish in the Blue River two afternoons. Brian’s communication was friendly and informative, and check-in and check-out were easy. Thank you for a wonderful stay, Brian!

We so enjoyed our stay @ this condo - it was perfect for the 2 of us! So clean, and such a well equipped kitchen! The bed was comfy, we loved the fluffy towels and the robes! A nice touch! The decor was perfect for Colorado! We loved the location & enjoyed not being in busy Breck but appreciated how easy it was to get to downtown by walking along the river trail or by car! Unit itself was very clean, comfortable and cozy. However it was not obvious through the description that it was located above a business park. The location on the second floor could be a problem for some and parking during the work week is a struggle. We enjoyed our stay!

Expecting brilliance were underwhelmed
Call me old-fashioned and perhaps with huge expectations but I honestly felt the impersonality by which the booking in and checking out process was conducted, spoiled my view of the experience. Yes, the apartment had all the amenities, yes, it was located conveniently, yes, we loved our rambling around the vicinity but ... (and perhaps because the owner of the property has had some bad experience with renters), we felt under the thumb of fairly stringent rules. We are an aged couple who have traveled the world and have never been "locked out" at exactly 10 am. Nor have we had to sign a pre-rental contract. Nor have we had to find an alternative place for our garbage (because our key code expired). We were, in a word, frustrated!

Awesome Stay!
Had a wonderful time in Breck! The condo was really nice and was as advertised. Lots of extras and was clean. The transportation was awesome and the buses were clean. Short walk to the stop. Enjoyed our time in the city and in the condo. Would stay here again!

My boyfriend and I stayed at this condo for 3 nights in August, and we honestly did not want to leave. The place is immaculately clean, has both modern and rustic touches that procure the feeling of a true retreat. The rainfall shower was such a treat, complete with the loveliest smelling body wash, shampoo/conditioner, and comfortable robes to top it off. The kitchen was SO well-stocked that there was never a question in my mind if I’d have everything I need to cook, reheat or store food. The laundry room was complete with detergent and wool dryer balls, and we were so appreciative of our clean clothes. The location was perfect with easy parking, away from the hustle and bustle of the town, but yet only minutes to downtown (and even steps away from a Free Ride shuttle stop). We were so satisfied with our stay that we are already looking into dates that we can return!!

Surprise Location
We enjoyed a two night stay at this 1 BR condo on Airport Road, right next to the Breckenridge Distillery, to my delight! The condo had a well stocked kitchen, lovely bathroom, and even the hide-a-bed was comfy. If you don’t need to be right in town center, this place works well.

Cozy, clean and convenient Breck lodging
We stayed here for a long weekend. Number one for us is cleanliness and Brian’s place makes the grade. Nice to have the extras too - like shampoo and other toiletries, coffee and more. Location is proximate to downtown Breck. We walked there one day and took the free bus the other times. Easy. Also nice to have the distillery and brewery next door. 😃 Brian is very accessible and responsive-before, during and after our stay.

Came here for a few days and enjoyed the whole stay. Used the free shuttle to get to the slopes everyday and loved how close we were to everything. Perfect place to stay if you’re heading out to the slopes or just want to relax.

Lovely Place
We had a great stay at Brian's condo. It is nicely decorated and very clean. It has heated floors in the bathroom, which is a nice touch. He has put a lot of thought into making his guests visit a comfortable and pleasant one by having available robes, high end toiletries, condiments, laundry items, and a comfortable bed. We definitely will be coming back!

"working from home" getaway
Since we're working from home anyway during the pandemic, we moved the home office to Breckenridge for a few days to enjoy the scenery, weather, and the mountains. The place was perfect for what we wanted -- a self-contained spot with easy access to trails and a grocery store. Just like home, except with mountains.
