Great Place, Very comfortable, Great location
I stay at a lot of vrbo places. I even own one myself. I am impressed with this property and the owner's efforts to inform the guests and present a top tier property. This condo is decorated very nicely and is quite comfortable. It has everything you could need in addition to great communication from the owner/manager. The location is very convenient to get to all the places you would might want to visit in Breck.

Great Location
We enjoyed our stay here despite an injury our daughter sustained while snowboarding. The condo was a great place to rest after a day on the slopes and we found it very well appointed with plenty of towels, kitchen items, room for games/movie nights/family fun. Jeff and Connie were VERY accomodating and we would definitely stay here again. Everything with the condo was exactly as we had hoped- the ski locker was very convenient and the hooks and shelf in the entryway made coming and going easy. We're hoping for a redo- injury-free vacation next time!

Family trip
Thank you for providing such clean accommodations for our family trip. It was easy to get to the Snowflake Lift and the shuttle to the other peaks. It was also easy to walk for a nice dinner into town to cap a perfect day.

This place was great! Great location next to town center and the lifts. Property owners were very friendly and great to deal with. The property was very nice and clean with all the amenities you need on vacation. I would definitely stay again!

Great location
Location, location, location! Main St is within walking distance and has so many restaurants and shops to choose from. Condo is on the 3rd floor which wasn’t an issue for us but I did see another family using a rope to hoist their suitcases and coolers up to their balcony. It was well stocked with cooking items, towels, shampoo, conditioner body wash etc. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Breckenridge.

Had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Location to the slopes and to the town was key to us choosing this unit. The bed in the second bedroom was hard as a board. Would suggest putting a mattress cover over it to soften it a bit.

Hi Gary, there used to be a mattress cover on it! I will check with our cleaning company to see if they took it off property to launder. But thanks for letting us know!! We're glad you enjoyed the condo!

Fantastic location convenient to both slopes and Main St. The lights on riverwalk sparkled right in our view. It was magical! The heat at the condo was a bit temperamental, but overall had a great experience.

Great views and perfectly located between the Snowflake chairlift and Main St, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Spacious bedrooms and nice bathrooms, along with panoramic views of the mountains and town of Breck made for an unforgettable ski weekend!

Beautiful Condo
The condo was perfect for our stay in Breck! beautiful views, well stocked kitchen and very clean!! The dryer didn’t work well, so we had to air dry most of our clothes so just a heads up!! Otherwise everything was great - would stay again! Very convenient location to skiiing and Main Street!

This was a perfect place for our family. A lift is just a small hike up the hill. The walk to downtown was the perfect amount. The condo was beautiful, well equipped, clean abs cozy. We will definitely go back!

Beautiful and centrally located condo
We meet our sons for a weekend and absolutely enjoyed the condo. Great communication with the owner for our stay. We used the large crock pot to make soup. All the beds were very comfortable, including the pull-out sofa. Three bus stops within a short walk and easy to ski back to the condos across the street. The third story location offer great views of downtown Breckenridge. The only downside was the ski locker was on the third floor next the condo, we started leaving our skies in our car rather than carrying them up and down the three flights of stairs, this worked really well. We all would highly recommend this home for a wonderful ski vacation.

Great space. We loved the bedroom options and the living room fireplace as well as skiing home down four o clock run. Also the proximity to the village for ski school was great. Overall awesome stay and a fun time in the hot tubs too.

Feeling thankful …
We spent a wonderful thanksgiving at this condo. The location is great for access to restaurants and shopping. Thankfully covered parking is provided since it snowed. The interior is just as shown. We snuggled in front of the fireplace and watched Christmas movies on a cold evening. We even used the hot tub multiple times. It was a perfect stay.

Better than Advertised!
Our family of 7 stayed in the condo for the weekend and it was perfect! It was better than advertised! It was extremely close to all the shops and restaurants in town! I let my teenagers leave and walk through main street. It is also a short walk to the ski lifts, so perfectly located. We didn't get in the car all weekend. The condo is well laid out and very roomy even for a 2 bd 2 ba. It slept our family easily. There are great views of the mountains and town. We had a great time and you will too!

Breathtaking views and cozy home base!
Everyday we had the best view to watch the sun rise over the mountains on the balcony, so close to downtown walked everywhere, the condo had everything thing we needed comfy and cozy! We can’t wait to come back.

We used Breck for some hiking but mostly to break up our drive and relax in this beautiful mountain town! Friendly people and excellent restaurants to choose from. The location was perfect very close walking distance to everything.

Perfect getaway
We booked a last minute trip to escape the Texas heat and we couldn’t have been more pleased. The location is perfect, just a quick walk to Main Street , and the view from the balcony was fantastic. The owner was friendly and communicative. The fact that the condo has staples on hand is a huge plus. We will definitely stay again.

PERFECT VACATION
This place was perfect for us, and exceeded expectations. All the details, and photos on the listing were spot on and the information was very helpful in our selection process. My family and I had a blast, and basic essentials were provided which was great! The welcome packet was perfect, the place was very clean, and we walked into town several times. We had a rental car and more family at the top of the mountain which made transportation easy, but the Breck gondola is walkable and a fun ride! Thank you very much for providing us the perfect place to enjoy a wonderful week!!

Comfortable, great location
Comfortable condo in a great location. Nice layout and great attention to details, like plenty of tissue boxes, towels, etc. Easy walk to town for dining and shopping. We rented skis from Charter Sports at the top of the hill by Snowflake lift, and they will store your gear overnight, so we didn’t even have to carry our gear to the condo. We had a great stay!

The condo was great. Location was right near the Snowflake lift, but the walk there is uphill so I dropped everyone off and then walked up, only about a 5 min walk. Condo was well equipped with everything we needed and hot tubs were very close. Close walking distance to the shops too. My only negative was that the sheets for the sofa bed were dirty. My slept on them the first night and then we noticed what I thought were stains. We washed them though to be sure, and the spots came out. Not sure if someone used them and then put them back or what. Otherwise, everything else was great!

Hi Amy, we're so sorry to hear about the sheets for the sleeper sofa! I wished you had contacted us; we would have send our cleaning company to take care of it. I wonder if someone had used it before and put it back on the shelf instead of in the laundry ..? I will definitely inform our cleaning company and, going forward, have them check those sheets periodically - just to make sure it won't happen again. Also, future reference ... there is a bus stop just outside the property. The bus goes to the snowflake lift from there. It is only one stop! In any case, thank you for the comment. Convenient on & off the slopes
Everything about this property was very good. The location is very close to the bus stop (and the buses can take you anywhere) and the bottom of the 4 O'clock run which allows you to ski home. Our only recommendation is new pillows for all the beds.

Hi Todd, Thank you for the comment on the pillows. We always replenish things like sheets, pillows, glasses, etc., etc., each year, especially after ski season. Things just don't last. Made for skiers who like Apres Ski possiblities
Came with my wife. The location is fantastic. About 100 yards to the ski bus and 300 yards to main street. Condo is nice and well appointed - everything you need. Lots of nice touches when we checked in, shows Jeff and Connie care. We came for the skiing and Apres Ski. The bus stop is an easy walk up the hill. The first stop is Snowflake lift which takes you up Peak 8. The second stop is at the base of Peak 9. Takes less than 5 minutes. There's Apres Ski opportunites at the base of each. Peak 8 has a great pub called Robbie's Tavern locally owned, Peak 9 has the Copper Top Bar. To get into town it's an easy walk (about 300 yards) and you have everything you might want. We took advantage of the recommendations list that Jeff and Connie have provided and went to the Kenosha Bar - food was really good. From the condo you can see the lighted trees in the main square and it is so delightful. Hot tub is accessed right down the stairs and as always a nice way to finish the day. Had covered parking for the entire stay. Ski storage was convenient. The fact that the condo is on the top floor and at the end was nice, more quiet. Check-out was easy and no unreasonable requirements. Overall a phenomenal stay.
