“Parking with a truck and snowmobile trailer was horrible. I called the hotel in advance before booking and asked about parking. I was told they have bus and truck.trailer parking on site. This was NOT true! The lot is small and there were 10 abandoned cars also taking up spots making matters worse. If the person would have tols the truth I would never have stayed here! “Ski.slopes easily accessible, gym equipment not bad ( im not a gym rat) Beds were comfy and pillows nice, staff was always pleasant and attentive, fro t deak, cleaning staff and bartender ( sunday nightshift 3/15 p.m ) very pleasant and great aervice”

“It has nice view to the forest and you would be able to see the sunrise in the morning which is beautiful. The outdoor hot tub is supposed to be closed at 10pm, but people are still using it and making noises at night. We told the front desk about it, but they said the whole deck area is a common area, they couldn't do anything about it. This's weird that they have a rule to close the pool at 10pm but no one is forcing it.”

“We enjoyed our stay at the property and would stay again. It is in a great location with a short walk to shops, restaurants, and the Peak 9 lift. Parking is really easy in an underground structure. The gym was nice as were the hot tubs. Charter sports is located on the property but Christy’s is a 3 mins walk away as well. Ski and snowboard gear must be checked into the Charter Ski Valet regardless of where you rent from or even if you own your own skis. The front desk staff was excellent. The……

“This place was magical Located right off the strip in Frisco and it has all of the amenities that you could want in a bed and breakfast setting. They even roast their own coffee! The staff was outstanding and the rooms were charmimg! ”
