“This is not a luxury accomodation by any stretch of the imagination. The room was clean enough, except for the carpet. Mattress was to squishy for my taste. Linens are low quality. They should loose the "bed skirts" as they just make the place look dumpy. Same goes for the rolling office chairs. This place has potential, but.....”

“Judging from the bathroom fixtures, out room appears to have been designed and built in the 1970s. Even so, it has been updated the room is surprisingly large and the shower amazingly small. The air new conditioning unit worked very well. Rooms at the south end of our building are accessed by over 50 stairs but the other end is totally ADA accessible. The hot springs pool is very popular. Meal service only at the golf course. The setting is a verdant, quiet ravine. The drive from……

“飯店舊又髒，櫃台人員完全無法提供任何協助，只會說不知道。住宿時以現金支付住房費，但忘記要求收據，飯店也沒有主動給收據，回來之後發現信用卡上再次收了住房費，損失美金180元。透過Hotel.com交涉，只回答不知道....絕對不會再入住。”

“The landscape after the window is opened is beautiful like a painting, you can see the train, bridge, snow, mountains, and boats. The pool is great and the hot pool is nice. The downside is that you can hear footsteps from upstairs on the lower floors.”

“Charming boutique hotel. We were upstairs in a small room. Suggest first floor room if you have mobility issues as there is no elevator and stairs are steep. Room well appointed if a bit tight, we travel with two small suitcases. Staff friendly. We stayed on a Monday night and missed the onsite dining as the Bistro was closed. Cute walkable neighborhood.”
