Overall great experience except that near the back door entrance there is an ashtray right next to door even though no smoking within 10 ft of building, and the vent in the dinning room was very dirty. Staff was very friendly and prompt to attend to any issues

We stayed at a Best Western for the second time on this trip - both had no elevator and both times we were put on the 2nd floor - we’re on a long trip and have lots of luggage, and we’re seniors, so this was difficult for us. Also the shower water pressure was very low and there were kids running and screaming in the hall after midnight. Breakfast was good and the employee who checked us in was helpful.

I appreciated that the pool, hot tub and fitness room were open 24 seven. This may seem like a small thing, but the floors were really clean in my room and my socks appreciated that! Lastly, the location in Sandy is ideal with a nice grocery store immediately next-door.

I certainly would stay there again, no reason not to. Location: behind an area with lots of shopping, strip malls, Safeway. I wish they had a better selection of tv channels. Breakfast: Buffet and food was typical free hotel.
