Rooms are very clean. Front desk staff was exceptional. Very nice dark haired lady with glasses noticed my father was walking with a cane and switched us to an accessible room. It was a very thoughtful gesture and was greatly appreciated.

Nice enough place, nice staff. Everything was clean for the most part, but found bed bugs in the morning and was completely taken back. It took a few days for me to write this to process it, because I had never come across this before, but think the staff should know so they can take care of it.

The staff was friendly and helpful. We paid a small fee for an early arrival check in. The property and room was noticeably very clean. Breakfast had good options for everyone in our group. Unfortunately the hot tub water was not being heated. We were informed the pool heat pump was temporarily out of service, but was assured the hot tub worked. Not the case. Overall good hotel experience
