Location: behind an area with lots of shopping, strip malls, Safeway. I wish they had a better selection of tv channels. Very nice dark haired lady with glasses noticed my father was walking with a cane and switched us to an accessible room. Everything was clean for the most part, but found bed bugs in the morning and was completely taken back. Shower needs a little repair. We were very frustrated with the Direct TV in the room. It buffered randomly, so we could not watch any TV, really. We told the front desk about it on our first night of two, she said that she would send someone up to have a look. No one came that night. Told the front desk about it the next morning. They re-booted the Direct TV system, but it continued to buffer randomly. Surely the management knows they have a TV reception issue. We paid a small fee for an early arrival check in. The property and room was noticeably very clean. Breakfast had good options for everyone in our group. Unfortunately the hot tub water was not being heated. We were informed the pool heat pump was temporarily out of service, but was assured the hot tub worked. Not the case.
