“Good location. Easy street parking. Lovely relaxing back yard. Would definitely recommend.”

“We were thrilled with the details and effort put into the living space. Thank you Andrea and Brad for a great stay!”

“We really enjoyed staying here and how friendly Miyoko was. The location was perfect for what we needed. I’m fairly picky on cleanliness and this place was clean to my higher standards. Miyoko was extremely helpful in answering our questions.”

“Clean and roomy home with convenient parking!”

“Overall, this is a great place to stay. It is in the heart of downtown and walking distance to many restaurants and bars. The apartment was much smaller than I anticipated. Also the stairway from the street to the apartment was absolutely filthy. Not necessarily something the owners have control over, but you should be aware that it was quite shocking. The inside of the apartment was relatively clean however the bathroom needed some extra attention as there was hair in the sink and in the shower……

“very nice, well-appointed tiny cottage. Exactly what I needed while in town visitng my daughter and her (now) husband. Very clean, communication was great and I wiould definitely stay here again. It felt very private which is important to me. Thank you for the hospitality!”

“Very cute & peaceful room, quiet , well maintained”

“The location was excellent for our stay. Walking distance to 23rd, shops restaurants etc. The property is partially underground and was damp and cool. Access to the bed was difficult as it was wedged into a corner with limited access on each side. There were cleanliness issues in the damp bathroom leading to the growth of Seratia on the shower curtain. With regards the kitchen, the knives were so dull as to represent a danger in their use. The in room guide said there was live TV. Despite……

“A wonderful stay in Portland. A beautiful place, very clean and comfortable and a friendly and welcoming host. Would 100% recommend.”

“Lovely place. Was very nice for kids and hanging out in a cool area!”

“Great location walkable to Mississippi St. and cafes very close. It was a clean house with everything we needed and it was very comfortable for our group. Klaas came immediately when we saw a low battery alert for the door lock. The showers had great water pressure and hot water came quickly. Everything was clearly labeled like soaps, cleaning supplies, and where dishware belongs in cupboards, which is helpful and a nice touch.”

“The stairs were a little crazy. Windows were open when we got there with no screens which let in bugs/moths. Interesting place to stay.”
