Had to wait 30 minutes for our room (it was 2:50pm when we tried to check in). Came back at 3:35pm and was told it was still not ready and had to wait another 20 minutes. Finally just asked for any room that was available. Starting at 730pm a party started in one of the rooms on our floor and it was loud music, yelling doors slamming. I had to call the front desk 3x to complain about it. It ia now 10pm and the party quieted down but now the room right above us is having a stomping party. Dropping things on the floor continuously and stomping back and forth. My child is trying to get rest for her soccer tournament tomorrow! This stay has been horrific! And the road noise is terrible as well! Never staying here again.
