“Great breakfast, clean room, heat and hot water, and very friendly staff! Little outdated in the hallways but rooms were nice. Has free parking so that’s nice too. ”

“The hotel doesn’t have an elevator. I stayed on the first floor. Actually, there is a corridor between the first floor and the carpark with a few steps only. However, the receptionist didn’t told me about that. She simply told me to carry the luggages through the normal entrance and go up one floor “ONLY” . No help had been offered and she clearly knew I got a car. Nowadays, it is not usual asking the lady customers to carry the luggages going upstairs ”

“Had to wait 40 minutes for room, plaster fallen off from ceiling and walls in pool area, jacuzzi not working, lockers not working, water jet massager in pool not working, have to pay additional fee to watch weekend entertainment, not allowed to use facilities after checking out ”

“Yes the property is very dog friendly which we love and the staff are extremely attentive and welcoming the bar has plenty to offer drinks wise and the food and menu are literally out of this world.”
