Clearly everybody who gives less than 5 stars is coming here with the wrong expectations. Read their website and you have all the information needed on what to expect. "We didnt get to stay Hotels.com. they stopped doing accommodation in September 2020 and you did not tell us. What kind of business are you operating? Luckily i tried to pay & couldnt so i rang the hotel & they told me. You shoukd be ashamed of yourselves, happy to take the money with no thought for your customers.
