The hotel has been closed for a a few years and just recently reopened when we stayed. Very minimal decor and amenties. Everything closed since it just opened up. The grounds needed mowed and the room had crickets inside. The same man who checked us in did everything. He must be the new owner/manager.

For starters the room we reserved was for 2 queen size beds, we were put into a queen and full. Ice machines didnt work no breakfast provided. To round things off was that the toilet in the room did not flush properly and kept getting backed up. The mini fridge in the room didnt work and the tv only offered about 3 channels - no disney or other channels you would expect. We had to go from the third floor to the first floor to use the restrooms and those were not properly stocked or flush properly. Over all the experiance was bad and will not suggest the property to anyone.

Sorry you had such a bad experience, but most of the problems could have been remedied quickly with some some communication. You did ask for a plunger, which we provided, but were never told that it didn't solve the toilet issue. The current guest in the room plugged in the fridge and at last check tonight it was working normally as is the ice machine While we don't offer breakfast or the Disney Channel and don't claim to, we count 67 channels via DirecTV offering various programming not including infomercials, as well as complimentary in-room coffee. In the interest of accuracy, we must point out that all of our rooms offer either 2 queen beds or 1 king bed, and we will happily show any potential guest our suites for their approval.

This place is closed. They don't even have a sign on the door but it was on Hotels.com. I asked the hotel down the street and they stated it had been closed for 3 years.

I do not know which hotel down the street you are getting your information from, but we are indeed open and have been since November of last year. We hope you will come by and see us. Look for the 3 signs on the building and 1 on the road and you will find us

We are truly sorry that we fell so short of your expectations. While technically we don’t have cable, we do offer direcTv. I count 67 channels with programming not counting the shopping and infomercial channels. Even so I know lots of times there’s nothing I want to watch. At check in we informed all guests that we weren’t offering breakfast yet, and we have corrected online information to be more accurate as well. Thanks for taking the time to give us your feedback and we will continue to make improvements in order to provide the best value possible for our guests.

The hotel only had some of the rooms open. They were remeodeling . The breakfast was told they would have. Went down the next morning and it was not set up. The rooms was very clean.Did the reservation several weeks ago and got there and it was not in the computer. The Lisa staff was very nice.

The price reflected the conditions, when we first checked in the room’s AC was not working, so we had to switch room and the second room we switched to was dirty. The wall holding the ac unit was falling apart. The curtain rod that closes the curtain was off and in the window. The shower curtain was dirty from others use. As well as white stuff on the wall of the shower. The toilet had pee under the seat from other people and after the first day when they came to clean the room for the second day they didn’t replace the toilet paper, and when we called to have someone bring it to us as it was late. They wouldn’t and when we got down there she was just on her phone.

Very outdated, evening staff was good at check in but morning staff couldn’t have cared less. Breakfast was a joke & basically non existent. Room only had local channels, made for a long night of news, pbs, Spanish speaking channels.

Rooms are very very dirty, including mold in a lot of spots. Fridge was frozen so it couldnt be used. Staff was awesome but not the room!!

We liked the horses being out front. We didnt like having to move rooms. Room 1 key card wouldnt work. Room 2 the heater didnt work. Room 3 was not to bad. They should ckean under the edges of the bed better. In room 2 we found a pill on the floor and we have 9 month old son who is crawling. The pool area could use some updating.

Absolutely horrible, the manager had an attitude with several guest because their key card didn’t work and she was saying they were screaming and cursing her in which did not happen....she then didn’t give me the room I booked through hotels.com and charged me for 2 rooms. Then tried screaming at me saying my girlfriend was 15 and even called the cops saying I gave her a fake ID in which the cops proved the whole situation wrong but she said I couldn’t stay in that hotel....I got charged for 2 rooms and didn’t get to sleep in either....there was something going on in that managers life and she was taking it out on everyone...girlfriend is 18 by the way

At checkin we paid with card only to find out they didn't run our card for both nights and had to rerun again the next day. Front desk clerk just started the day before and had no one there to guide her. First room a/c didn't work then moved us to another room that did work, but both rooms were dingy, run down, with stained carpet and scratchy sheets. Advertised Queen beds, and actually had Full size. Outside of building decent looking, but picnic tables were falling over and dilapidated. Next time we will stay at LaQuinta across the street. We stay in alot of hotels with travel ball and this is the worst one yet. We are by no means hotel snobs, and have never been worried about bed bugs or cleanliness until now. Thankfully I don't believe there were any, but the scratchy sheets kept me up all night thinking so.

Dirty room. First they give us a room that had not been yet cleaned, they pass us to another that had yellow spots on the pillowcases. There were many hairs on the sheets, the air conditioning made loud noises. The carpet had a bad smell and the restroom also.

First room had dust every where the bed and pillows where dirty and had hairs. They change me to another room and it was the same hairs all over the bed and pillows. Stuff didnt mind and just gave me a "clean set " to change it my self or wait till 10 am till a house keeping got there. I went whir more famili members and every body had a horrible stay.

It went from bad to worse from start to finish. Driving up to the building it was obvious that they had ignored basic mowing and landscape care, as everything was overgrown. Upon check-in our room was not cleaned. We had to wait another hour for the cleaning service to clean our room. They did not have a blanket on the bed only a sheet. At 5:48AM the fire alarm goes off for two minutes, when we went to exit the building the front desk could not tell us why it was going off and that we did not need to exit. In the morning we went down at 7:45AM to have complimentary breakfast only to find that they were out of a large portion of the items on the breakfast menu. I proceeded to the front desk only to be told that they stop restocking at 8AM. By the way they list the service from 6AM-9AM. When I pointed out that it was only 7:45AM she turned away and went back into the back office, completely ignoring me. At 5:54AM the final day of our stay the fire alarm went off again and then our room started to fill up with a burnt hair smell. We again got dressed to exit they building only to be told they still didn't know why the alarms went off. I told them of the smell in our room and they said they would have someone come immediately to check it out. We left at almost 10AM and no one ever came. I would NEVER recommend anyone stay at this facility.

I am sorry you had a bad experience with us. We are looking into why the fire alarm went off and have the company coming out Monday to check it. The manager did come down each time the alarm went off and I am sorry but never seen anyone from your party come out other wise she would have explained what happened to you. The only thing that was not present at breakfast was biscuits and I do apologize about that.

The bed was in terrible shape the mattress was sunk in on one side the pillows smelled horrible and the sides of the pool looked like they haven’t been cleaned in a while and the so called breakfast I wouldn’t have fed to my dogs.

I'm sorry your stay wasn't a good one. We do clean our pool often. Our breakfast consists of fresh cooked eggs, gravy, and biscuts that we cook daily. We also have several other things we serve. Did you let our desk know that you were not happy with your room? Im sure we could have taken care of the above problems if we would have know about them at the time of your stay.

Great motel

The rooms were very hot when you first walked in. The out dated window unit took hours to cool down the room. The window was also busted. The bathroom was pretty gross. I found hair in the bathtub and the shower curtan had stains all over it. The carpet had stains all over it and the toilet worked sometimes. Some of the staff was nice but some were rude. I was very disturbed when i heard from an employee that there was a good size water leak in the electrical room. Was told the owner of the property isnt concerned about the issues with the building and that out of the 50 something rooms they have only 20 of them can be used due to them not being safe. Will not come here again or reccomend.

We check in and the lobby is nice. The receptionist was sweet. Elevator stinks but we get to our floor and the hall stinks, carpet is old. We open the door and it’s so hot, which the receptionist did warn us about. Room stinks. If the room doesn’t cool off, let her know and she’ll switch our room. Should have been a warning. Ok so the toilet won’t flush, I call the front desk, we switch rooms. We get into our room and, I step on a roach, ok it’s just one night. We check the toilet, it flushed. I set my purse on the bed and the sheets are stained, my husband goes to close the curtains, and they are filthy as well. The last straw was when we open the closet and roaches galore. I ask for my money back and I have to wait for the general manager. Two days later still no phone calls. When I call the manager is not in. Such an inconvenience having to move my family to another hotel in the middle of the night.

I am sorry you didn't have a good stay with us. Your money was refunded that day. Like most refunds it takes 10-14 business days before you may see it back in your account. Our manager isn't here on the weekends but she did come in to refund your money for you. We had our monthly pest control guy to come in the day before you got here and did a check for us. We got another clean bill of health for the hotel. I am sorry your stay wasn't a good one.

Hotel ok
The hotel could use some up-cleaning. The lawn hasn’t been mowed. Although it states it’s an non smoking hotel the entrance and hallway smelt like smoke and old unkept smell. The actual room was nice and was cleaned daily, so that was a plus.
