"The room appeared newly renovated but it had dirty floors, a pocket door to the bathroom that only 1/2 opened, and a tv that had the worst picture with a 10 inch border of green. We asked for a different one but was told in 10 minutes the picture would be good. It never got better. They changed it ..."
