“酒店散发着一股怪味 ，设备陈旧，WIFI无法连上，马桶坏了，淋浴坏了。酒店边上是一块公幕。能送餐到房间，服务态度可以。以后再也不会来了，附近有很多好酒店，宁愿多开十分钟车的。”

“From the time I checked in on a Friday evening, we had no shower working. I called the front desk and they were gonna find someone but it was very late so I told them I was leaving first thing in the morning 7 AM and they would have all day to fix it. I came home at 10:30 at night and the shower still wasn’t fixed. I had a small child with me who was very tired. They wanted to come and fix it at 11:45 PM. I told them don’t bother, but I want it to be compensated for the room. They did comp……

“Our stay here was terrible. The room didn’t look or feel like it had been thoroughly cleaned. The sink was disgusting with stains and black mildew. We chose a non-smoking room, but the room still had an odor. Also, the bedding had cigarette burns in them. It doesn’t appear that they launder their linens separately, which isn’t good for guests who are sensitive to smoke. The walls were paper thin, and we could hear everything going on in the adjacent rooms. We had to call the front desk to ask if……
