Nearest cafe was about 800m away, and you have to walk up a massive hill. Expedia says the owner would email me the check-in instructions - I had to chase them, and all I got was a screenshot, no email. There were about 40 flies inside when I got there, as if they had been breeding while locked in. Some rotten foods as well, and the air fryer hadn't been cleaned. A lot of cockroaches come up through the floor, so one of my cats had a fun time. Great communication with the owner but this property is not at the usual standard of a short term rental property. The bathroom has lots of mould on the walls. Ceiling & silicone in the shower. The basin didn’t drain properly & there was a musty smell. The bedrooms were dusty. In the larger room the mattress was too small for the bed frame which was impractical. The kitchen is small but had the essentials & surprisingly a lot of storage given the size. The couch & rug in the lounge room were very dirty.
