The hotel was an Ideal stopover point for us to visit family. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were all very helpful and friendly especially the ladies in the breakfast dining area.

We booked a accessible room with 2 single beds as my partner has mobility issues and had an early appt in Southmeads hospital. Room was clean, beds were not particularly comfy. Tea/coffee/hangers facilities were in far corner of room not very accessible at all. 2 small towels were provided.(and I mean small) The worse was the water in the shower never got warm (and if anything stayed on the cool side of lukewarm). The only warm food available in the evening were pizzas and they were not nice at all (in fact probably the worse pizzas we ever had). We wished we'd ordered food from outside. Lesson learned. Breakfast was ok. we won't stay there again.

It was a good stay, staff was jist flat faced but it was ok. Holiday Inn as named was not that great but i still appreciate as i had 4am Fasting and staff co-operated.

Check in and rooms good. Very clean and staff polite and welcoming. Breakfast was not pleasant. No seating free. Food running out. Too many people for facility. Not enough staff cleaning tables.
