The property was well situated within 15 mins walk of the main areas of Bruges. Very clean, modern and newly decorated. Staff were friendly and helpful and i would stay here again
The hotel is close to the central market, a 5 minute walk away. It was very clean, staff were very helpful especially with advice on where to park and charge our electric suv! We had a family room and it was very spacious, plenty of room for all of our stuff and still space for the kids to be kids in.
The Property was in a good location, inside it is very clean and tidy. The staff were professional and friendly. However the walls are thin and you xx an heat doors slamming and people snoring next door to you, we was on the 1st floor.
Had a lovely stay. Room was small, but very clean and updated. Bathroom was a great size, with a really nice shower. A short walk to all the attractions of Brugge city centre.
Friendly, helpful staff. Perfect location within walking distance to the town square and the charms of old town.
My room was clean and comfortable.
Breakfast was delicious.
I'll be back!
Loved this hotel. Staff are friendly, rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast had plenty of variety hot and cold options. Only one issue I had was there was only one light in the main bedroom part, which wasn’t too bright for the size of the room.
Location is excellent, right by the river and within a 5 minute walk from bars restaurants and shops. But still far enough away so you don’t get any street noise.

Poor wifi service
There was no full wifi service as they promised, you can only text on their wifi strength. Can't make calls on whatsapp.
I would highly recommend staying at Hotel Augustyn
Hotel Augustyn is the perfect place to stay in Bruges. It is on a quiet canal, but a short walk from the city centre. The room was clean and comfortable and the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful with anything we needed or questions about Bruges.

This hotel was lovely. The front desk staff were all very nice. The rooms were simple but spacious. It was walkable to the main square of Bruges. Parking was a bit of a challenge but not impossible.

Dear Mrs. Edwards,Thank you for your feedback. We are sad to hear you did not like the reformed style of the hotel. We tried to keep as much of it's old characteristics as possible while still provideing all the modern comforts.
Very good hotel only 6-7 minutes walk from Bell Tower square but in very quiet part of town next to canal. Bus from station stops very near by. Room are small and minimalist but were fine for us. No wardrobe or drawers bug hanging rail. No fridge or safe. Warm shower with good head. Breakfast 16 Euros serve yourself but very filling with warm food such as eggs, bacon with usual ham, cheese selections. Muslims yoghurt etc with selections of breads and jams. Reception very helpful but note it closes at 8pm. Would stay again.
Lovely hotel in a great location, easy access to most of Bruges. The rooms we stayed in were compact but sufficient. Importantly, they were clean and functional. I was surprised that there was no air conditioning in the room and equally confused when we arrived late just after 19:00 and there were no reception staff so we called and they let us in. The view from our room was another buildings outer wall but it was quiet and we were barely there so didn’t detract from our stay. The walk in shower has no guard so the water ended up spilling out in the bathroom. Still really enjoyed our stay, just feel like these are things that people would want to know before booking.
Small hotel but very big room with a view of the canal. Very quiet at night. Large bathroom and shower are quite nice when traveling with a family so you can assist kids without issue. Great location about 1 block from a city square with a bus stop and good restaurants.
Hotel was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was just as advertised...right next to the canal with just a few minute walk to the Market. Can't wait to come back.
It was in the perfect location just a short walk to the main square. It was nice and quiet. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. I would recommend it to others traving to Bruges.

This is a little gem of a hotel. Clean and convenient. Staff are friendly and accommodating. The morning breakfast has lots of choices and is incredibly convenient. We stayed in a 4 person room (1 double bed and 2 twins) and that worked very well for our family if 4. 5 min Walk to the city square. Highly recommend!
The staff were extremely pleasant and knowledgeable about activities , directions, restaurant recommendations etc. Try he breakfast buffet was wonderful. The hotel was comfortable and quite. Just far enough from the crowds but within walking distance to all the attractions
Perfectly adequate hotel with very clean and comfortable beds on the edge of the canal ring. New bathrooms and in room toiletries provided.
Downsides but expected for this star rating - lots of noise from hallway and adjacent rooms opening and closing heavy doors. No views from the side rooms, no safe/iron in room. Very high prices on bank holiday weekend. Room was nice, and clean for the class of property but as Bruges is popular it’s very expensive for what it is.
The hotel was amazing, in a quiet area but very close to all the highlights. The room was super spacious, very clean and we feel very comfortable there.
The personnel was wery attentive and helpful.
We loved our time there.
Really enjoyed our stay here and we would recommend it. The guy who checked us in was knowledgeable about the area, highlighted some areas on the map and gave good restaurant recommendations. The room was quite small but we didn’t really spend much time in there but the bed was large and comfy. Breakfast at €15 was perhaps a bit expensive as there are local bakeries, we only had breakfast once and it was convenient. Rooms were cleaned nicely
Overall amazing staff, great room… the walls however are very thin… if you are noise sensitive this place isn’t for you or rather if you slam doors, talk loud, slam the toilet covers, and want the whole building to know everything about you, then please go somewhere else…
