“The first morning breakfast was awful. No eggs, no potatoes, cold sausage. The following 2 days were OK. The pool was closed so couldn't be used. We were there 3 days. Not once were asked if we needed towels, trash dumped or anything. Room itself was clean, however, the bathroom door looked like it had been kicked in at one point and sloppily repaired. The overflow cover for the bathtub was sitting on the edge of the tub, instead of being attached. We had an electrical outlet issue, and the desk……

“Poor room, large opening under the door which allows in bugs, no access to the pool, no breakfast. I had a king size bed to go visit my husband and was told I wasn’t allowed guest and was constantly bothered by large bugs in my room I had to fold towels on the door seal to keep them out. I had no access to the WiFi bc there was on key card folder with information and there’s no way in the room to contact room service so you have to go online and find the contact number to call them”

“The both of our rooms had horribly musty smell. The rooms smelled like a poorly mitigated flood disaster. A live silver fish bug was found in the bath. The room coffee maker did not work, The lobby coffee maker was out of order. Thankfully Starbucks was only a half mile away.”
