With so close proximity to the train station, the hotel exterior suffered from the trash from the. Numerous train users.

The property is attached to the train station which is great. There was food in and around the hotel, which was also good. However, once you left the train station area, we did not feel safe and there was nothing around this area. Yes, lots of taxi's to get to central city. They did not have the A/C on and the rooms were really hot. This is my biggest complaint.

Although the area around the property is not too nice, it’s understandable because it’s a train station! The convenience of the train was a primary reason for us to be there.

The property located at the station hub which is very convenient to go by train or bus. But the restaurants around were limited. Rooms are clean and spacious enough.

Misleading advertising, state hotel has an AC, but never explained its a seasonal, no ventilation at all, you cant open windows, our room was 86F° or 30C°, and no air circulation, on a 3rd day of our stay they gave us another room, it was more hot, 3rd room was a slightly better, not to big difference, no AC no ventilation, no air circulation, they promised us a fan, but brought a hitter....very funny, couple days later we got a very small fan, which one you can feel only sitting next to that, at the end they gave us 30 euro discount for inconvenience, what a jog...never again, would not recommend to stay there

Liked proximity to train station. Too many homeless on the property panhandling. Major lack of support with a heat issue in our room. Front desk would not ask a maintanence call to at least get the room fan working. Any air movement would have been an improvement.

This was an excellent hotel. The view was fabulous. Easy connection to the metro. We did have issues getting the room temperature just right. It was too hot and the windows don’t open.

Positive!
Overall a very positive experience. Very convenient with the Eurostar literally next door. Very clean and tidy, the bar staff are excellent. Breakfast could be a bit better as some of it was stone cold and there could be some more gluten free options. Rooms could also be bigger, we stayed in a Pullman in Berlin which was better however this certainly done the job.

Expensive for its condition.
The price-service ratio is very bad if you compare it with other hotels in Europe. The carpet in the room and the curtains were dirty; and full of dust. The showerhead was broken and put aside by the room service as if nothing happened. The Breakfast room was small and smelly since the exhaust fan was not helping at all. The people however were friendly and helpful. Good location for travellers however not worth the money.

My room had a strange smell which did not go away. Otherwise, a perfectly acceptable hotel right next to the main train station.
