Reasonably priced hotel near public transport.

Posted Jan 9, 2017
Pros: The rooms are very spacious, the choice of channels on the TV is wide, the staff are helpful and the prices are reasonable.
Cons: The water supply can suddenly change temperature if someone in a nearby room is taking a shower at the same time.
Location: There are tram and bus stops with good services to the city centre in one direction and a very large park in the other.
I often stay here on weekend visits and come back because it's quiet, comfortable and well-organised,and there are tram and bus stops just in front of it.

Clean, well priced, and close to transportation

The hotel was nice and directly off of the bus and tram. It's about a 40min walk from the center, 15min by cab but the meters go a bit fast it can get pricey fast. Lots of space in the room. Staff was friendly

Good location

Posted Oct 12, 2016
Location: Shops, resturants, supermarkets, tram and bus station.
I stayed 2 nights in this hotel. Main reason i selected it is for it's location as it was close to some places which i wanted to visit. But, in general it is a good hotel. You have access to tram & bus station. In case you want to visit the famous grand-place you can ride a bus from the station nearby and get off at central station and from there the grand-place is within short walk.

Location: Close to the Metro, 75 euro cab ride to the airport.
Hotel is in need of a major upgrade. Lots of maintenance issues.

This hotel is quite worn down and you need to take public transport to get to the sights. Staff could be more helpful.

OK for an overnight stay

Posted Mar 21, 2016 on Hotels
Very conveniently located with a tram stop right in front and shops and restaurants nearby. Very spacious rooms with two double beds, however with very basic/old furnishing. Don't expect luxury but this is a safe and chic area of Brussels. Continental breakfast: basic/average; not much choice. Adding a simple Tea/Coffee set in rooms would make it more welcoming at least.

would stay again

Posted Nov 19, 2015 on Hotels
Stayed one night with my husband. Hotel staff very friendly and lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance. The main square is about a 3-5 min ride on tram 93 and then a short walk. The room was far from fancy, but I'd stay again for the 55€ that I paid.

Little run down but a good and clean place to stay

Posted Nov 18, 2015 on Hotels
Overall the Hotel was very good. Very conveniently located with two tram stops right in front of the hotel / across the road and two bus stops diagonally across the road. A few restaurants in the area as well as a large choice of bars / pubs and restaurants within a 10 minute walk (a large square down the road). The staff were polite and helpful, the breakfast was good. The hotel was very clean however quite run down. No objection to the old furniture however lots needed repair and did not look as though anything had been repaired in quite a while. Would stay there again for a night or maximum 2.
