Dear sir, You send me heartbroken because during your check out I asked you if everything had gone well, what you answered me that everything had been good ... In addition I am surprised by your remark about the size of the room because you have booked a single room of 12m2, the hotel was not fullybooked so we have spontaneously upgraded you to a double room of 20m2 for free ... (not spoken of your initial rate which was very sweet, less than 50 € ... / days ...) We take your remarks into consideration, and are sincerely sorry if you did not like the establishment ... I don’t know how give them 3 star hotel
Poor amnesty in the room, bad customer service, not deserve a 3 star hotel, is less than that. Higher prices for very bad accommodation. I recommend to book in other hotel than that.

A Nice Stay!
The local area is dirty maybe because of local authority not well manage it. Fortunately the hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. Overall is a nice stay. ^^

Good hotel and good people
Hotel is in a busy area. Staff is friendly and overall stay was good. Lots of restaurants and shops around. A metro station is a 2 mins walk away.

Slina Hotel is a 12 minute walk from the Brussels Midi station - with trains, the Metro, busses and Trams. The Clemenceau Metro station is even closer. The hotel staff is very helpful. My room was very clean, warm, and comfortable.

The hotel is a 12 minute walk form Midi Station and just a bit more to the center of town. The neighborhood may not look safe, but its alright. We arrived early and we were able to leave our bags without a charge. The room was clean and spacious, and the restroom was comfortable. We don't look for luxury because all we do in the hotel is sleep and shower. It was an alright hotel .

Didn't even stay here... the location is terribly sketchy. I tried to cancel 1 month before and tgey refused, stealing my money. I will do what i can to dispute the vredit card charge. But really Expedia should drop this property.

Very helpful and welcoming staff. Hotel was clean and comfortable and benefitted from private parking. Could do with air conditioning in the summer months as it for quite warm. Good distance from town with 15-20minute walk to the Grand Place centre

All round good!
Staff were very helpful and friendly. Hotel is secure and safe despite being in a run down area. Lady at the restaurant and the gent at reception were particularily helpful and freindly. Breakfast is decent and filling and hot drinks available. They have a reasonably priced car park which is easily accesable and secure so you dont need to worry about it if you have a car.

OK hotel in convenient location
The hotel is a comfortable walk from Brussels Midi station, and a similar distance again from the main centre of the city. The area is not the 'shiniest' part of town but felt safe enough and it was nice to get a small idea about every day life is like in Brussels for most people. The bed was large and comfy, unfortunately took up most of the room with only enough space around the edge to edge around, not much floor space left at all. The room was pleasant with pinkish painted walls which felt welcoming and cozy. Bathroom was fine, well-kept and clean. The street light outside our window was very bright and unfortunately the smoke alarm on the ceiling emitted a flashing green light. It seemed quiet at the hotel, but the staff were helpful and friendly whilst avoiding being pushy. We chose not to have breakfast so I can't comment on the food.

Ok hotel if just using it as a base. Only around a 15 minute walk to Bussels south (where the Eurostar goes from) so good location for that and only around a 20 minute walk into the main square. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. No kettle in the room which was disappointing but it works well as somewhere to sleep. Despite being on the main road our room was very quiet.

Thoroughly Happy With My Stay
Very clean hotel, rooms and bathroom. Very very friendly staff. Just that the rooms need a small fridge & a kettle at least. The rooms are not at all sound proof so you can get disturbed by people in the corridor. I was very tired so I slept right through it but my sister kept waking up. The area is a bit rough but so many halal eating places around it. Hardly 10 minutes walk to Euro Star train station. 5 minutes bus ride to historical places. I really enjoyed my stay. They even kept our luggage for the day we checked out so we could comfortably do more sight seeing. Can't stress how happy I was with this hotel. Honestly.

Nice stay. Great stuff. They even kept and looked after our bags after the checking out for a few hours. Room was nice and clean. Neighbourhood not so nice, although very near the Gare du Midi station. Great connection with the buses and metro. Very satisfied, I recommend the hotel.

Smelt of cigarette smoke
I had a few issues with this hotel, the main being it stunk of smoke (despite numerous signs saying smoking was not permitted). There was no sound proofing and because My room was right next to the lift, I had lots of people outside talking. The area wasn't the nicest but is ok and only 4 mins to a good train route for tourists. Would've been nice to have a towel to dry my hands on and a hot water jug too. Definitely not worth the money I paid for it.

The stay at Slina hotel was marvellous and especially the night porter Sebastian was extremely outstandingly very helpful. The only downfall was the parking facility since we had to find parking on the streets of Brussels which could sometimes prove to be difficult. However for a fee, one could be allowed to park the car within the compound. The hotel is clean and also have wonderful personnel. I would definitely be recommending it to other friends in the future.

Comfortable and great value from location
The hotel is value for money. Some might get a wrong impression because the neighborhood is basically of immigrants but it is due to the lack of knowledge. Brussels is a very cosmopolitan city and always been inhabited by people from different corners of the world which makes it greater for sure. The hotel is modern and well equipped for the tourist and business traveller on a budget. Just 10 min walk from Gare du Midi make this a great location to stay a couple of days while transiting in Brussels to Germany, the Netherlands, France or the UK.

Reflects the price
It was only worth the $55 (CAN) a night. They advertise laundry facilities, 24hour bar, breakfast included and english speakers but there was only one dude who spoke a little english. No laundry. Breakfast was 17€ and looked pitiful and you can't eveb get juice from the bar.. Oh and no ice or cups or glasses. It had a bathtub which was necessairy for my husband so that was good. It was only 20ish minute walk from important places and good places to eat but the neighbour was loud and scary and dangerous. The room had stains on the floor and wall, a broken(like physically broken) side lamp and one normal one. Heads up if you stay there you have to ask the front desk for the tub plug and tv remote.

An ok hotel
First of all the hotel is ok if you just want it for somewhere to rest after doing sightseeing in the city. The hotel is located in an ugly and dangerous neighborhood. I got a room looking towards the main street and all night I heard police sirens one after another. I really do not recomend this hotel because of its location.

It was ok to stay there as there was no cross ventilation in the room. There was no AC. Could have been better.
