“Tried to check in at midnight but took forever because nobody wasn’t responding to us buzzing the doorbell. The guy was obviously asleep. Dead cockroach in our room. Paid for a non smoking room but got a smoking room. Wouldn’t be surprised if they were all smoking rooms.”

“The place was not clean, the floors were filthy and according to the host it was because they were "remodeling". He brought us a mop so we could clean the floors but it was even dirtier than the floors. So that was a waste of time. Upon our arrival the AC was also turned off, the place was over 80 and some of the windows didn't close from the onsite of the unit. My husband had to go outside as I closed the latch from the inside. After coming back from family festivities we were exhausted and……

“Room was not as advertised on Hotels.com. The room should have been rented out by the hour, it had satin bed spreads with dirty satin pillows. The wall decorations were stenciled painted with butterflies, gummie bears and chandeliers. There was also mirrors in the shape of butterflies on the walls. Oh did I mention that the room was pink? We couldn't even stay there we left after 10 minutes and went to the Courtyard Marriott and had a great night's sleep.”
