Bath towels are ripped like rags. • Very limited toiletries: only two small bars of soap and two packs of shampoo. • No hairdryer available. • Toilet was leaking. • Room was located close to the stairs, causing noise from foot traffic until midnight. • Early morning noise from the neighboring room’s shower at 5 a.m. disturbed sleep. • Bathroom fan could not be turned off properly; the switch only worked intermittently. Overall Impression: The stay at Colony Inn was disappointing due to multiple maintenance issues, lack of basic amenities, and noise disturbances.
