My room was not cleaned well. There was standing water in the tub. It felt like there was water under the floor boards in front of the sink. I didn’t have any bath towels in my room. The trash cans didn’t have the plastic liner put in them they were laying to the side. The restaurant never seemed to be open. No true place for a meal. The Valet and Bell desk was great!! 10 for them.The Front desk was average not overly helpful or kind.

I love everything about the hotel but except for the bathroom sink faucet is too short anf small. Also, there is no air filter, which makes it foggy easily.

We love staying here when we go to Disneyland. The staff is friendly and accommodating. We stayed in the 2 bedroom queen suite this time which worked well for our trip. Gus from hotel concierge even loaded our bags and took them to our car and helped us navigate with parking. So friendly and helpful! The pools were amazing and relaxing. There is a gift shop and restaurants which is so helpful when you don't have to leave to property for food and forgotten items. We enjoyed our stay!

Front staff quite nice. Room very clean. Bathtub could be deeper. The bathtub seemed more for slight women than if a burley man wants a deep soak. But that is a minor thing. There WAS a lot of broken glass in the self park area, that was odd. Seemed like broken glass bottles. Not sure why.

The room was very outdated. No ice machine on the floor. Really incompetent person checked me in. Cracks in between the wall and vanity in the bathroom. Room faced a brick wall. Best part about this hotel was my good attitude.
