This property I would consider a lower priced motel. With this being said, it is the best lower priced motel I have been to.

I booked 2 rooms. AC didnt work in one of the rooms. And there where baby roaches in the restroom. Beds where comfortable.

This hotel is not good the lights were not working and I booked for 4 days but returned early and they didn’t refund my money the hotel took my money and didn’t refund it it said fully refundable but still didn’t the staff was terrible and the room was terrible lights not working if I returned early they should refund my money but they didn’t

The place in general is dirty and neglected. The chair in the room is very dirty with stains. I do not recommend this place at all. For 40 dollars more, you can find a better place.

Very affordable staff was amazing. Check in was super simple. The area and property itself seems very comfortable and safe. I stayed here with my two children. The only issue I had was none of the plugs in the room worked and the hotel room itself smelled a little funny other than that we had a great experience,

We have stayed here on two separate occasions. Both times for around a week and the staff was nice, the mini fridge and microwave were a plus. The Motel is within walking distance of both Knotts Berry Farm and if you don’t always like to eat out like my family and I you can walk to Walmart grocery store.

PROS: The best feature of this property was that the room had 3 queen size beds and a half wall that separated two of the beds from the third. It was spacious in that regard and allowed our family to stay together. The check-in and check-out was quick and easy. The parking was free and right in front of the room. CONS: The room clearly had not been swept before we arrived and the sheets had seen better days (thin, stained, torn). The walls had peeling paint, the headboards had a thick layer of dust and there was only one small garbage can for the entire suite. Overall impression: in general, the room did not look as nice as the photo on Expedia and it made all of us feel a little uncomfortable. It was good enough for one night but we won’t be staying here again.
