“If I could give this place a ( 0 ) that’s what it deserves! From over load of trash under stair case, to feces on the walls, long hairs all over bed sheets and TV remote, a broken table cracked completely in half, lots of bed bugs smashed and stained on sheets, what also feces on night stand, pillow case so dirty with dirty stain and make up like someone just didn’t care to change pillow cases, it was a disaster a real night mare walking into that room! Had to leave ASAP! My children were……

“Había reservado por expidia 5 noches y desde el primer día notifique que solo estaría 4. Me dijeron que me tenían que cobrar la reserva completa pero que al hacer el check out se me devolvía el dinero de la noche restante y aún estoy esperando y eso fue del 14 al 17 de febrero 2026 . Además olor fuerte a humedad en las habitaciones y la limpieza solo si uno la solicita sino ni las toallas te cambian. Terrible todo. Lamenté alojarme ahí en mi estadía en Long Beach”

“The first room I was given met my ADA needs, being on the first floor near a handicapped spot, but the toilet was leaking. The owner offered a “better room” on the second floor, which I accepted due to exhaustion after my 7-hour drive. The second room seemed renovated but felt cramped, with the beds separated awkwardly, leaving little space to access one side. We resolved this by pushing the beds together, misaligning them with the headboards. The shower had extremely high water pressure and……

“This room had all the essentials - a microwave, a mini fridge, free WiFi, free parking, a tv, and it was the cheapest rate I could find on short notice. It looks rough and could be cleaner, but I felt safe here and was able to relax for a few days, so overall I’m not complaining. It’s a great value for what is provided. Thank you to the staff 🙏”
