The rooms are very fated in need of some updating. The air con was very poor and the sink was very slow draining so was not pleasant when brushing your teeth. Also, the carpet between the beds had a smell of wet dog. It was pleasant at all and made the room very musty. (Rm 144)

I washed the floor with soap and a hand towel in front of the toilet and sink before using. There were shoe marks through the spotted sticky stuff on floor. Coke rings and sticky residue on tv cabinet, obviously missed that surface. Next to bed, under night stand had years of build up and gross stuff all over cords. This area hasn.t seen a vacuum in a while. Positive notes, bed was comfortable. Employee at front desk was very nice and check in was quick. Parking lot had plenty of lights for safety. If you need a place to sleep and can overlook all the shortcuts housekeeping takes, stay here.

This was a beautiful, wooded property right off the highway. The rooms were super clean, staff were friendly and helpful and something I rarely see at a hotel, 2 ply toilet paper! Nice little sack breakfast with yogurt, granola bar, apple and croissant. Coffee was available 24/7 and hit the spot!

Room was not clean, stains on bedding, carpet looked like it’s never been cleaned bathroom was so dirty that we didn’t want to shower it was also so small that we couldn’t close the door as you had no space. “Breakfast included” was a paper bag with a apple granola bar and a loose rock hard mini croissant

We stayed here for the eclipse and thank goodness we booked a year ago because we paid $110 while they were charging people $470-555. That in itself is ridiculous. Other than that the property was very clean and quiet. A very basic hotel with little to no amenities. Staff was helpful and friendly.

The place was fine for the price. Rooms were big and clean, beds were comfortable, everything worked. (People in the next room complained that the shower didn’t drain quickly.) The place is advertised as having breakfast, this was one of the reasons we chose it. We had seniors and a kid in our group. You apparently need to have membership to get breakfast, which added 25 minutes to the check-in process for memberships we’ll never use again. Plus everyone needed a membership so my kid couldn’t get a breakfast. I would’ve gladly paid extra to get breakfast for everyone without stress. The breakfast is granola bar, yogurt, apple, and mini-croissant. It was not a huge expense, but this was extremely annoying to deal with.

We were there for only one night. Room was very clean and in great condition. Lobby staff was very friendly and even called us after we were in our room to make sure everything was okay.

Use to be good now not so much. Advertise free breakfast I've never once outta all my stays seen free breakfast besides coffee they have at front desk. Don't be fooled. Cigarette burns all in my blanket, looked like dried blood on my pillow cases. But room was warm. Water was hot for a shower but tub hadn't been cleaned. This place use to be spic and span but it's went down hill lately and I don't know why. Maybe new owners? That's unfortunate cause I use to like going here. Don't think I'll be going back now though. Unless they get back up to standard. Come on Red Roof!!! Get it together people!!!

Friendly staff,the male needs to speak better english the female person is fine. It’s clean, room small but ok Price is good Parking good Near NY thruway system , very good but noisy Needs better signage out at the street Needs to be updated but be careful, let’s not increase the price because there are many hotel etc here so price is important I am making another reservation on another trip in March 2024 3 weeks from now I have been staying at the Hyatt Place in Amherst, several times but the price has increased too much especially when the Sabres or the bills are playing.

After midnight there were some annoying noise like dripping water in the basin coming from the ceiling intermittently. It stopped after 5am.
