When we got here (around 6pm) the front door was locked and nobody was in the office. We tried calling, no answer. Went back to the car and sat for 5 minutes (after standing outside at least 5 min) and someone showed up. He was nice. We walked into the room and the comforters on the bed were both in horrible shape. They had multiple holes. Everything looked to be in disrepair. Not happy staying but have no other option.

Didn’t get king bed we reserved. Towel in freezer & fridge not plugged in. Called from home about hair dryer & was told yes, but arrived & was told none left. Asked to buy one & get reimbursed, was told will check. Day 3 they bought one. Towels washed but stained- Clorox needs to be used. I understood “no frills” and came with own toiletries BUT no Kleenex is ridiculous! Room had an unpleasant odor. Floor needs a good wash. We opted to not have our room cleaned for our 7 days there, as we felt it was in our best interest. WORST OF ALL is that free WI-FI is advertised and we didn’t get it!!! We were given 3 different excuses! But it was obvious that it’s a known problem and nothing is going to be done. YOU need to stop advertising it! Neither one of us have unlimited data. Being here for a week cost us to buy more data. There should be reimbursement for this. How could we ever want to stay at a Motel 6 again! How could we ever recommend it to others!

All the staff were very nice and friendly. The room was super clean and they had no problem at all with me having my dog there. Central location for shopping and my other needs. Will definitely be staying there again!

We were staying for two nights. The first night was nice and quiet but the second night we heard a lot of noise as banging on the floor or the wall, moving furniture around, running, wrestling like having a dog jumping or running around.

Property is very run down, appeared understaffed. Cigarette burn holes in the cheap comforter (sheets were so thin it was like sleeping in tissue paper), no vent cover over the fan/light in bathroom. Reserved a wheelchair accessible room but there were non available upon checking in. Am mobile enough to do the stairs but they were extremely steep at the top and it was raining and made the handrail slippery. Would not recommend unless they renovate! Note, I stay at Motel 6 & Studio 6 all the time because they are dog friendly….and by far this was the worse.

Couldn't sleep. There were two guys outside talking loudly around midnight to 1am. A lot of noise around coming from upstairs, outside my door that made me feel unsafe. Had to check on my car a few times to make sure it was broken into. The room was okay. There were what looks like cigarette burns on the mattress topper and the tub looked dirty. I was hesitant on taking a shower or sleeping in the bed. I couldn't do much about it given it was late by the time I got back to the room. Overall, not a positive experience.

I did not even stay in this hotel i call at night talk to the guy in front desk explain him that i need a room and they told me they only can keep it till 11 pm at night but he say if i book it online you will have this room no matter what so i did that got all information plus was confirmed have all emails from Expedia so was all set came around 4.30 am and some dirty worker came to me smiling and tell me no room available and i told him that I have reservations he say no cus they canceled them self and no one call me or notified me so i ask him why no one notified me i spend about 2 hr on the phone looking for a room and he smiled at me and did not give a you all know what he was dirty very nasty but is ok he got very lucky that I had to drive and look for other hotel plus Expedia thanks for nothing as well money was charged and all they say is we will refund you in 3 to 7 business days will never use Expedia ever again what a shame only good think they say thay they will add $50. No need for it hope all of them reading this and work on there actions take good workers training them well if they want believe have all invoice and have all voice recordings cus i never trust online booking or hotels

What I didn’t like is that it was super noisy from the street traffic and noises from the lobby next door. Also disliked that there is no coffee. Otherwise, clean, reasonable, simple room.

I have stayed at higher priced places and this , by far, is an excellent stay! Room is clean, and to me, is spacious! Front desk very friendly and shopping malls are within walking distance.

I like how close it was to the stores and our event. I did not like the stains on the bedspreads, hairs in the bed and on the tub, dirty baseboards and lack of towels.

Just the basics. But it does a pretty good job of that. My sink had a drain and leak issue and stairs & walkway were rusty(with yellow caution tape-but that wasn't blocking the passage.

Good: (1) No upcharge for dogs, (2) Shower head was above my head (I'm tall). Not good: (1) Motel was relatively empty, but all the people with dogs were put right next to each other so they barked constantly, (2) A/C unit either runs on heat or fan on all the time, but won't do both. We used the fan to create background noise to mask the outside noise, but then the heater doesn't work.
