“Me gustó mucho el hotel ”

“Accesible and clean.”

“I chose this hotel because breakfast was advertised as included, and I was counting on eating there while working in my room. That was the reason I booked it. I was extremely disappointed to find only coffee, muffins, and hot water. That was not the full breakfast I expected when I made the reservation. I had to interrupt my work, go out to find food, and spend extra time, gas, and money. I also lost time trying to get the issue resolved. The employee who helped me was kind, but that does not...
