“Great location, clean but hardly any heat. Upon arrival, the space heater provided in one of the bedrooms showed the temperature at 52 degrees and it barely went over 60 degrees during our stay. We contacted the property manager who said it was out of thier control and the owner controlled it, as there was no thermostat in the unit. This issue should be included in the description of the property. I owned a short term rental in Beverly for several years and allowed the renters to control the……

“We met Mark upon our arrival and he was very kind to give us a tour of his beautiful home. The kitchen was well-equipped to host a dinner and two brunches! The surroundings were beautifully appointed and the setting exceptionally quiet! Will definitely make it a stop again should our travel warrant another visit to that area! ”

“The good: Beautiful views and right on the beach. Floor plan is creepy. The “first floor tenant” has direct access to our living area on the second floor at all times. There is a camera in the hallway. The hot tub was filthy and a serious hazard for children. Fine if it’s out of service but then drain and cover it. The Keurig coffee maker doesn’t work. Only two coffee mugs in the kitchen WiFi signal does not reach to the bedrooms. A lot of potential but for this price frankly I expect more. ”
