“They were having some renovations during our stay. We were not bothered by that but I do believe there was an impact on the Happy Hour. The 3 nights were were there the Happy Hour was the worst I have ever had at a Drury. Constantly running out of various items, no one checking timely to ensure guests didn't have to wait for food. Lack of staff to run bar and food.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Frankenmuth Motel, although we only stayed for one night. The motel is conveniently located. The room was very clean and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Coffee, tea, and juice are available in the office during the day. The breakfast included bagels, muffins/donuts, bananas, oatmeal, yogurt, and hard-boiled eggs. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and the motel was an excellent value for our travel dollars. We would stay again. P.S.……

“May be the reason for the early morning, no one in the hall, almost to sleep, the key and the name on the door do not match, looking for a long time, the room is very hot, the air is not cold enough, the bed is also covered with plush cushions! Health is generally not very satisfactory.”

“The place is undergoing some renovation and is likely going to change hands soon. It's an older facility ('50s would be my guess), but the couple in charge of the place were doing a nice job upgrading it and repairing what needed to be repaired. The room was clean (except for some diatomaceous earth that had been tracked in earlier in the day, we got there after midnight) and comfortable and quiet. Totally acceptable value lodging.”

“The bed was amazingly comfortable. All staff were courteous and pleasant and very helpful. The room design is efficient and we liked the full size refrigerator/freezer. So useful to keep food and drinks cold and and keep ice handy.”

“This property is better considered housing than a place for travelers. Rooms are worn, ill- kept, and periodically disturbed by the loud conversations at odd hours, of the residents.”

“Construction on our floor so paint and chemical smells, drop cloths and construction items all through the hallway. Ice machines didn’t work on our floor other than the 1st floor. Construction work stared at 730 and was LOUD.”
