“Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful, cozy, clean cabin! We had a wonderful weekend.”

“Our family of 4 loved our stay here. The lake is phenomenal. We rented a boat from local marina for 4 days to tube and board. The outdoor space is awesome. Hot tub, fire pit, table, and especially the dock are top notch. The cabin was very clean and we really appreciated that there was toilet paper, paper towels, and soap for the stay, There was firewood for purchase, but complementary smores supplies! The loft area was a bit warm to sleep, but the rest of the cabin was easy to cool. The stairs……

“Read and save messages from host. Minimal instructions/information in property.”

“Very cozy and secluded. We enjoyed it.”

“What a great place! Close enough to everything yet nice and private.Amazing fishing access.Great accommodations, with coffee and coffee maker! The laundry was a big plus. The hosts were very helpful and very knowledgeable and gracious.I will be back”

“We stayed here specifically because my son loves fishing. The river was easily accessible and felt very private and peaceful, even though there were others fishing nearby. The cabin was charming and very clean. I absolutely love that the cabin was stocked with condiments and laundry detergent and more than one roll of toilet paper. Usually when we rent with VRBO, we end up spending money on things like toilet paper, paper towels, and condiments for our stay, and we didn’t have to do that this……

“My adult daughter and I were in the mountains for a family wedding, and loved staying 2 nights at this quiet, country smokehouse-turned-cabin. The living room/art studio has huge windows looking out over a large pond full of water lilies. A peacock and several peahens enjoyed the sunny side porch in the mornings. Another room is full of vintage collectibles and antiques. The bathroom is small and basic, but the kitchenette features a fine Home Comfort oven plus microwave, refrigerator and……

“This is our second booking at the Osprey. Never disappoints!! Very clean and well maintained. The views are breathtaking. Highly recommend this cabin or any of the others at Tailwaters Lodge.”

“This was a great place to visit! Very tranquil :) The cabin was clean & comfortable!”

“The Trapper Shack was perfect! Secluded and absolutely stunning. The views were gorgeous. We enjoyed taking the dog for walks. We visited the ponds and then the barn Loved seeing all the animals. Wish I would have remembered to bring treats. The roads were fun in the jeep. It was only 20 minutes to Bristol Raceway. Will definitely stay again.”

“It was a nice experience staying there, the only thing was that we ran out of hot water.”

“The property was unkempt, very dirty. There were 2 window units for a 3 story 5 bedroom unit which in no way is adequate. The hot tub had not been serviced in a while. There was “ gunk” and debris clinging to the filter. Grill grate was broken, the other had chunks of old food on it. Silverware drawer was full of crumbs ( we assumed that’s is what it was) carpets were filthy. There were several fans in the house, but they were covered in dust. The odor was that of mildew and mold. It was a bad……

“The host overturned our pet fee because she liked our cleanup. She even offered to defer it for future stays. That's awesome.”

“Spacious. Clean. Host was friendly and helpful.”

“Beautiful cabin with nice appointments. Great jacuzzi and quality appliances. Nice little extras like body lotion, bottle of wine.”
