“❶ オーナー側の部屋番号の配置&連絡ミスによるトラブルに巻き込まれ、夜中寝ているところを起こされ、とても怖い思いをしました。 夜中にベルを鳴らされ、オーナーによりドアを開けられたのですが、事前に連絡や説明をすべき！いきなり鍵を開けるのは違法&犯罪では？ ❷ またトイレットペーパーの補充が一つも置いてなくて困りました。(アプリのサイトを使って連絡しました) 最終日に部屋を出た後以外には、掃除してもらえない仕組みのようです。 だから、途中でタオル交換やトイレットペーパーの追加なども、何らかの方法で伝えないと、してもらえません。”

"Two comments : Air conditioning at room 3405, was bit too cold. Despite changing many times (incl hotel technicians) it keeps at below 23\. Normally, 23 is fine but it felt much lower than 23\. Stayed 5 nights and the breakfast menu was the same. Would be nice if can alter a bit. But overall, The Millen is my choice to go and I’ll be back the next time. "
