First of all, hello, how could it be a mistake for a comment, you came on a rainy day and you stayed with the children in a double room and we allocated the biggest room to you. All our teammates were given the necessary attention and care for 2 days, thank you very much.

Nice little hotel
We enjoyed our one night stay in this little hotel. Room was quite basic, clean and comfortable but the bathroom needed a little upgrading (it was a bit mouldy) but still functional. The dinner and breakfast were simple but very nice, as were the staff. Overall, we would stay there again.

The hotel is in the best location in the island. All walking and running tracks, beaches best views are all around. But it is 3 km almost away from the docking Bay of the boats. The only transport available are horse carriages which are very scarce and not available after 22:00. So if you are elderly or have small children falling asleep in your arms at that time of the night and you came from a tour in the mainland, be prepared to spend your night on the benches close to the docking station or walk 3 km. Another thing: if you are an early riser you have to wait for the hotel staff to wake up and prepare breakfast from 9:30 a. m. onwards. So do not plan any early trips or plans outside the island if you want to have breakfast first. And here is the catch 22 situation: if you leave the island at 11:00 am. Then most probably you will be back after the horses go to sleep. The hotel boasts about rooms with Seaview and yes there is some Seaview if you can climb up the roof or wait for a convenient moment when the wind moves the branches of the trees and maybe you can catch a glimpse through the branches. The rooms are tiny. We asked for 2 rooms for 3 people. The third person had to sleep on a mattress on a very dirty floor. Then you have to be very careful not to step on him since there is no space to walk around to go to the bathroom. So if you like camping conditions it is OK. But not being promised a "boutique" hotel and be forced to live in such conditions.

Hello, our rooms are normal for a maximum of 3 people, but we also want to welcome you with a small child, so that you will not break. You told us there would be no problem for you. If you have been meeting with us directly rather than through an agent, you have already taken the warning from us that you might not be comfortable with your accommodation in this way. I have spent a long stay in general I think we have a good bond. You also have a number of righteous reasons to denulize us. Yours sincerely Erkan GÜL

A nice escape from Istanbul
Very helpful and kind staff. Super calm neighborhood. The sound isolation of the room can be improved though. Breakfast and dinner were also nice. Value for money!

Nice small B&B style hotel.
We had a nice stay here. The hotel is in a quieter part of the Island, about 30 minute walk, or 10 minute horse and buggy ride to the town center. We ate twice at the hotel restaurant and the food is good, we especially enjoyed the fresh fish. Our room with the baloney was comfortable but very small.

Misafirperverlikleriyle çok güzel 2 gece geçirdik. Otelin konumu bize göre çok iyiydi. Sessiz sakin sıcak bir yer. Belli bir kahvaltı saatinin olmaması çok hoşumuza gitti, öğlene doğru uyandığımız da oldu. Kahvaltıdaki ürünler taze ve lezzetliydi. Mutlaka yine geleceğiz. Teşekkür ederiz :)

İşletme sahipleri iyi niyetli olmaya çalışsa da ufacık odanın içinde sabaha kadar foseptik kokusunu duymamak için ekim ayı sonunda kapı pencere açık yatmak zorunda kaldık. Ayrıca odanın perdelerinin kapatılması için verilen en büyük boy çengelli iğneler için de ayrı teşekkür ederiz. Sabah kahvaltımızı kedilere yem olmadan tamamlayabildiğimiz için de bir teşekkürü de kendimize etmek istiyorum.

merhaba otel yönetimi olarak foseptik kokusu konusu bizi de zorluyor İSKİ ve İST BELEDİYESİ ne yaptığımız müraaçat lar bile yeterli kalmaması adanın bu bölgesinde maalesef bazı hava olaylarından dolayı bu kokular oluşuyor bizde tedbir almaya çalışıyoruz.Evet haklısınız sizden evvel kalan misafirimiz perde ve kornişi kırmayı başardı ve tatil günü oluşundan yapamadık pardon.Kedilere gelince ben ve otel çalışanları bir şey yapamıyoruz yasalar bizi engelliyor.

İlgi alaka ve odaların temizliği hizmet mükemmeldi, sadece restaurantın fiyatları biraz fazlaydı, o da yabancı turistlere göre nornal, sessiz sakin ağaçların arasında 10 numara yer.

Birkaç günlüğüne İstanbul’dan kaçmalık
Mehmet Abi’ye teşekkürler, adalarda keyifli bi 2 gün geçirdik. Otel, adanın batısında ve adanın ortalarına doğru bir mevkide. Konumu müthiş, merkeze göre baya sessiz sakin. Oda gayet temizdi biz beğendik. Kahvaltısı standart bir kahvaltı çok büyük değil ama aç kalkmazsınız. Ufak tefek, birkaç gün geçirmek için gayet güzel. Konum itibariyle kiliseye 20-25 dk, nizam plajınaysa 3-5 dklık yürüme mesafesi. Nizam plajında masa ya da şezlonga para vermek istemezseniz içeri girin sağ tarafta ufak bir kumsal var orda takılabilirsiniz kendi başınıza, kimse gelip para istemez. Ekim gibi şarap, sucuk ekmek yapacaklarını söyledi Mehmet Abi gitmeye çalışacağız 😅. Burdan gidenlere çağrım yerlere çöp atmayın, cebiniz eskimez.

Otelden çok memnun kaldık. Mehmet Bey her konuda çok ilgili ve yardımcıydı. Kaldığımız oda ufak olmasına rağmen balkonu da olması sebebiyle keyifli bir tatil geçirdik.

Konum olarak güzel, ağaçların arasından hafif bir deniz gözüküyor, merkeze yürüme mesafesinde 30dk, kahvaltisi doyurucu, odalar küçük, odalarda buzdolalabi yok onun haricinde standart bir otelde olan herşey var, dolaba koyulacak bir şey olunca yardımcı oluyorlar, mekan sahipleri ilgili ama biz gittiğimizde bir konu vardı ki tüm tatilimizi etkiledi; haziran ayında klimalar soğuk uflemiyordu, kış modunda kalmış bakım yapılması gerekiyormuş, yeni devraldiklari için henüz yapılmamış, oda da pencere olmadığı için kapıyı açmadigimiz zaman cehennem gibi oluyordu, odada vakit geçirmedik diyebilirim kaldi ki kapıyı açınca da ortak balkona açılıyor, bir musteri olarak yeni devrin beni etkilememesi gerekirdi diye düşünüyorum çok daha ucuz yerlerde böyle bir sorun yaşamadım, bu sıcakta klima çalışmıyorsa müşteri almayabilirdiniz. Bu durum olmasa çok daha keyifli bir yer olacağına eminim.

Çok temiz olduğunu söyleyemeyeceğim. Zaten eski bir otel. konumu iskeleden uzak olduğu için daha doğayla iç içe o bakımdan güzel ama temizlik çok zayıf. Personel ilgili o konuda da sorun yok ama tekrar gider miyim? Sanmıyorum.

Büyükada’da kalabileceğiniz en keyifli yer
Tatil için 3 gün kaldığımız bir yerdi. Büyükada’ya tekrar gitsem kesinlikle tercih edeceğim yer Nizam otel olacaktır. İşletmecileri çok güler yüzlü her konuda çok yardımsever bir aile, bizede aile sıcaklığında bir hizmet sundular. Odalar ve restoran gayet temiz ve düzenliydi. Çok memnun kaldık. :)

Nizam Butik Otel'de bir gece kaldık. Otel adanın sakin bir kısmında. Merkeze 20-30 dakika yürüme mesafesinde. Ancak yürümek istemezseniz mini otobüsler de geçiyor. Konaklama sırasında ayoyorgiye ve tabiat parkına gidebilirsiniz. Genel olarak konaklamamızdan çok memnun kaldık. Odamız deniz manzaralıydı ve odamızın önünde tatlı bir masamız vardı. İnternet baya bir yavaş ama yine de misafirperverlik bu durumu örttü. Huzur arayanlara tavsiye ederim.

Tuğçe abla ve ailesi samimiyeti ile kesinlikle bizi kazandı. Huzur verici bir ortam, güzel kahvaltı, leziz akşam yemekleri ile de bizi yeterince mutlu ettiler. Tek sıkıntımız tamamen bizden kaynaklanan oda tercihimizdi, standart oda yerine balkonlu ve deniz gören odaları tercih ederseniz kesinlikle mükemmel bir tatil olur sizin için, giriş kattaki odaları çok küçük ve ayakaltı maalesef fakat herşeye rağmen çok mutluyduk, teşekkürler
