We had a great time, the staff was wonderful the food was amazing. Do not miss the Egyptian breakfast, is very tasty. Everyone’s was very friendly and if we ever coming back definitely this will be our hotel. Tuvimos una estadía excelente, el personal muy amable y amistoso el desayuno delicioso y recomiendo el desayuno egipcio, cenamos en el hotel 3 noches y todo delicioso, recomiendo mucho la sopa de mariscos es excelente y también el cafe late muy bueno. La calle al hotel es como un callejón pero muy seguro, no teman q nosotros fuimos dos mujeres solas y no tuvimos ningun problema.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay here. Beautiful view of the pyramids, very clean, spacious, big patio with a nice breakfast, so very comfortable. The staff were absolutely exceptional. The front desk workers went above and beyond in every way possible. Carried bags, answered questions, were super friendly and helpful our entire stay. They put in so much care and effort to make sure we had everything we need, took care of finding and ordering food for us, delivered right to our door. We felt so safe and cared for being two young girls and absolutely recommend this hotel. 10/10 experience. Thank you so much!

Had a really great stay here in Cairo. Dr. Sameh and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment we booked, and you can genuinely feel that they care about their guests. The rooftop terrace overlooking the pyramids is absolutely beautiful and such a highlight. The rooms were spacious and modern. The only small downside was that the breakfast could have had a bit more variety, but overall the service and experience more than made up for it. You really feel looked after here—would definitely recommend. Shukran!

purtroppo l'inizio del soggiorno è iniziato male, ovvero la camera assegnata era sporca, di fatto sembrava non preparata. Abbiamo quindi segnalato immediatamente la cosa al personale che ci è rimasto male nel sapere le condizioni della camera e vedere il nostro disagio. Si sono subito adoperati per cercare la soluzione rintracciando gli addetti alle pulizie che sarebbero venuti da li ad un ora. Dovendo noi però usicre ci hanno dato una camera identica ma al piano inferiore limitando cosi la vista piramidi. Per il resto il personale è molto attento e per il disguido ci hanno offerto per tutto il soggiorno la colazione egiziana invece della classica continental che abbiamo apprezzato

The hotel is located in a good area, very close to the Pyramids' old entrance and just 8 min away on car from the GEM (Uber charge us only US$2 from the hotel to get to the GEM). It has a beautiful top roof with ann an incredible sight view of the pyramids. Sunrise and Sunset looking at the pyramids of Giza is totally worthy in this hotel. Also, the staff is so welcoming and friendly, mostly Yossif, the receptionist! What a nice and servicial guy! The helped us to booked the most trips in Cairo and Alexandria! The only thing they need to manage asap is the room cleaning service. We stayed for 5 nigths and no one ever went to our room to clean up, change the towels and the bed sheets or even take the trash away. That was the only really bad thing about the hotel, and of course the most important one related to a medium stay!

This place is definitely not a 5 star hotel, the rooms are simple but clean, the food (breakfast) is simple but enough, but they have other qualities which you cannot find in luxury places, such as the friendly and very helpful staff and hotel owners. They are there for everything you need. On a side note, waking up to the view of pyramids at your window is priceless. We would like to thank the hotel owners, the staff and our guide Mr. Tarek for everything. If we ever go to Cairo again, this will be our first choice to stay.

A special thanks to Manager Ali, who is extremely good, helpful, and kind. He made sure everything was taken care of and always greeted us with a smile. Also, Driver Mohammed deserves special appreciation. He is very polite, has excellent manners, and shared a lot of useful information during our trips, which made our experience even better.

First off - the staff were so amazing, kind and helpful! The view of the pyramids from their restaurant balcony is epic too, to be able to sit out, have breakfast (breakfast included was decent!) and look out to the Pyramids is wonderful. The area of Giza itself is definitely an older and run down area, as you pull up it seems like the hotel won't be nice. But once you get inside, it looks good for a hotel in the area. We stayed as a family of four for two nights, and Giza as a whole is just a crazy and chaotic city, so for that reason I don't think we'd come back to Giza. If we did, we'd likely stay in a higher end hotel for a little more calm and peace (all higher end hotels were fully booked other than very expensive suites when we booked)

The location is great and usually calm (besides on New Year's Eve), the rooms are fine as well. However, we had to ask for towels multiple times and breakfast wasn't ready at 8am (as confirmed before) but took half an hour. The service could definitely be improved!

I had the most amazing time during my 6 day stay! Ashraf was such a great host and was kind enough to greet me upon arrival and gave me a tour. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous from top to bottom! Breakfast on the rooftop was fantastic with an incredible view and the staff was so kind, helpful and welcoming. Even when it was time to checkout, the entire staff came to say goodbye and I've never been so sad to leave a place that felt like home and family. This was my first stay in Egypt and my first international trip and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. If you are looking for a hotel in Giza, this is the place!!!

Let me start with all the positives to the Pyraking. The front desk staff is there to assist in transportation, questions, and even walked us to the Pyramids one day. Top notch service in this department. The rooftop views are incredible and the beds are fairly comfortable. The shower and bathroom also excellent. Their driver Mohammed picked us up at the airport and returned us there as well. He was incredible and even felt like family. Couple of negatives as well. First the internet was so-so at best and cellular wasn’t much better. We did find this problem in Luxor as well. Maybe we were spoiled by a well-made breakfast at other places, but the breakfast felt cheap and commercial consisting of processed meat, cheeses and yogurt. Oh and we were there during Ramadan so the noise was deafening. As a whole I liked this place and the price and location were great.

Our stay at the Pyraking Pyramids Hotel was wonderful, and it was made truly special by the incredible staff. A huge thank you to Yasser, who took care of us almost the entire time. He was super attentive, gave us great advice, and patiently answered all our questions. Another staff member kindly accompanied us to the pyramids' entrance, which made our first visit so much easier and stress-free. Little details like that make a big difference. We arrived very early in the morning, and the hotel allowed us to do an early check-in for a small fee. That was a lifesaver it gave us time to rest and recover from jetlag before starting our adventures. We really appreciated that flexibility. A special mention to Mohammed, our driver, who was excellent and very professional. I highly recommend future guests take advantage of the airport transfer service the hotel offers; it makes everything so much easier from the moment you arrive. The location is great for visiting the pyramids and is in the heart of Giza. Yes, the area is very busy with lots of commerce, which is typical for this part of the city. But the view from the terrace is really cool, offering a nice perspective of the area, especially in the morning light. The rooms had a lovely decoration, and the beds were very pretty and comfortable. Breakfast was good and satisfying simple but enough to start the day. Also, one of the staff members helped us exchange money when we were in a pinch. While the rate was a bit lowe
