Amazing stay! ms. Arwa who works there helped set me up with the most amazing tour guide and driver. The staff was absolutely amazing, if I could give them 1000 stars I would! The location is great for the GEM and the pyramids! I usually don’t utilize the breakfast buffets at hotels, but I ate at this one every morning, it was fantastic! I am also a solo female traveler and I felt very safe through my whole experience! Would definitely stay there again! Thank you for one of the most special experiences I’ve ever had!

The stuff was amazing, the Concierge lady Caroline make sure that all my questions were answered and she did some reservations of the property that were very useful, the rooms were clean and has everything I needed, the property was clean and very close to the pyramid which was useful because we went to the pyramid and to the new grand museum which was an experience of its own, we would definitely stay there again we loved it, we felt safe and well taking care of, it was our first time landing in Egypt so we didn’t know what to expect but this Hotel made our State feel like home.

Great pyramid view and if you’re out of the hotel most of the day sightseeing it’s a low budget choice. Not a 5 star, more like 3. Pool nice. Breakfast reasonable. Room cleanish. Comfy bed.

All good except food, very poor selection and not organized properly. Hot table where was meat and vegetables, vegetables not cooked properly, beets and zucchini not eatable at all. Chef is with very poor knowledge and experience. Also coffee machine was not working properly, you don’t have choices.

The property and the views to the Giza pyramids are good, the only downside of this is that the room had the ceiling cracked all over the room, so the A/C was not getting cold at all, it always stayed at 24 Celsius in the room.
