The villa offers a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four cosy bedrooms and three full bathrooms. It is designed to combine relaxation and functionality: you will find high-speed Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace for remote work, TV, air conditioning in the bedrooms and dining room, and a washing machine.



For entertainment, you can enjoy a ping-pong table, while outside you will find an exclusive private area with a pool, a terrace with sun loungers, a balcony with sea views, a barbecue and an outdoor shower – perfect for relaxing under the sun. The location is privileged: just a few minutes from the beach and close to all essential services.
