Welcome! To my new cozy basement suite with a full private entrance and all the comforts of home. Located in one of Calgary's newest communities, Livingston, this spacious unit is close to all amenities, including shopping malls, grocery stores and recreation centers. The unit is 15 minutes from Calgary International Airport.
The space
The space is built 3 year a go still looks new. Is located on a quiet side street. It is fully furnished with modern furniture and several amenities.

The bedroom comes with a comfy queen size bed and a crib. There are several closets to put all your stuff away.

The suite includes free high speed Fiber optic Wi-Fi throughout the unit.

You will have access to a full size kitchen equipped with brand new appliances as well as items like cutlery, cookware, cooking utensils, plates, bowls & glasses.
