“The room was clean and good. The shower was in the path tab and some of the equipment was on the cheap side like toaster etc. I couldn't recharge our Segway scooter and no option not even the basement to recharge was given to me. I've asked to be contacted by the responsible person to ask politely for other options but was not even contacted like promised the day before. Therefore I was only able to use it for one day. But if you don't have an e-bike or anything similar no issues with the……

“We loved our stay at La Promenade. Exactly as advertised, clean and well laid out with friendly staff. It is currently being renovated a few rooms at a time, but of no imposition to our stay. This will only make it a more attractive proposition in the future.”

“Didn't have a chance to explore nearby as it was raining, limited indoor parking so you have to park outside which might not be an ideal option if you have a lot of luggage. Worth mentioning is the gym at the hotel which is good.”

I NEEDED 2(TWO) BEDS As I was traveling with my 54 year old daughter and we were forced to sleep in the SAME bed-----------------------------I am 83 years old--------------It was not good”

“Issues with checkin, could not checkin untill 6.30pm very annoying. Room was dirty with cockroaches, musty smell. no key was for lock up was provided. TV did not work. Nosies tapping on the wall and windows at night, our children were terrified. pet could not go outside overgrown grass and junk. Stains on the sheets overall very very disappointing. ”
