This large penthouse apartment has stunning views out to the sea and along the coast to Altea, Albir and Benidorm.

There are also panoramic views of the Sierra Bernia mountains. The apartment is finished to a very high standard and furnished accordingly paying great attention to detail.

Estrella de Jazmines makes for an ideal get-away-from-it-all holiday particularly for boating and water sports enthusiasts. The apartment is situated between the towns of Calpe and Altea, both offering a wide variety of attractions. Calpe offers beautiful stretches of sandy beaches lined with bars, restaurants and shops whilst Altea with its historic 'old town', the centre point being the church of the 'Virgen del Consuelo'. Around the church square you can sit outside one of the cafe/bars and watch the world go by.

The apartment is 10 minutes walking distance from Mascarat Beach and the Luis Campomanes Sports Marina. Estrella de Jazmines is fully air-conditioned and beautifully furnished.

We can’t recommend this lovely Mascarat apartment more. It’s exactly as pictured and the views from both terraces are extraordinary. Check in is easy and we highly recommend it for your Costa Blanca stay.

Great property with fantastic view. We had a comfortable stay (6 people) for our summer holiday. The area is very safe and quite with plenty of parking space. Apartment was super clean, arranged with a good taste and equipped with all necessities. Great communication with property managements which supplied us with all informations how to check in and out. Highly recommended.

Lovely holiday at the apartment, good communication from Anita & Stuart and the owner. Altea is lovely the nearby marina is great not a lot of restaurants, but the ones that are there are good ( not cheap though).We did use the under ground garage once, but mainly parked on the road there’s always spaces. We traveled all around Costa Blanca some lovely place’s to visit Javia ,Moraira & Altea old town are so lovely to visit and have a meal at. But there are a few negatives the beds are hard and the pillows aren’t good, if you don’t like memory foam pillows it’s not good because the other pillow are old lumpy off coloured not exctepable really they need changing. Also we couldn’t find pegs incase you want to do some washing our small amount of washing was on the floor became it was a bit windy! Settee was dirty in the grooves and the throws and cushions need washing too.especially with what we’ve all been through with Covid. In all great holiday but the apartment needs some up grading just seems like everything is dated and old.

Lovely Apartment
A great apartment overlooking the sea. Check in was easy with Anita waiting for us when we arrived. The apartment was well stocked with utensils and the front balcony was ideal for sitting in the sun having a coffee (or something stronger). A car is essential but the overall experience was exceptional.

Great property, great location. Arrival process really good and meant we had all day on the first day to explore rather than be stuck with the luggage. The beach bar is great. The balconies get sun all day. It’s up a steep hill so if walking is a problem then be prepared.

Fabulous views, enjoyed the quiet and peace of the area. Comfortable apartment equipped with everything you could possibly need. Good booking experience, lots of information given to ensure we had a good holiday. We particularly appreciated the flexibility for checking in and checking out. Penthouse Paradise!
This is a perfectly placed beautiful apartment in a wonderful modern urbanisation with spectacular views over the sea to Altea and beyond. This 3 bedroom penthouse apartment has everything you could possibly need for a fabulous holiday including an absolutely brilliant swimming pool which was kept spotlessly clean. Whilst we were there we appeared to be the only people using the pool - it was a real treat to have it to ourselves. The air-conditioning in the apartment took a while to get used to: there was only one control which meant all the bedrooms were at the same temperature - great for my antarctic-loving friends but harder for me who tends to prefer an ambient rather than freezing temperature. The apartment is well equipped and comfortable and having 2 bathrooms is definitely a plus. There are cafes and restaurants within a 20 minute walk going downhill, but it’s a real test on the calf muscles coming back! Altea and Calpe are the nearest big towns and both are well worth visiting for different reasons - so much history, so many beautiful buildings including a stunning cathedral in Altea and let's not forget the Russian Church close by which you really shouldn't miss. The beaches in both towns are well worth visiting as well; both have great promenades with lots of tourist shops, cafes and restaurants; Calpe perhaps has the sandier beach. I would say you need a car to stay here because although there are things to do locally, further afield along the coast and inland to the mountains there are just so many places to explore - more than enough to keep you busy for however long you stay. When we go back, this apartment is where we will go back to, there is absolutely no reason to stay anywhere else!
