Cheap food

Pros: closed to the beach, nice balcony view Cons: the room is very small, not like in the photo. The food was really disappointing: too salty mostly of the time, straight from the can onto your plate. You could feel the poor quality of the ingredients.

As you mentioned, the location of our hotel is just wonderful as the beach is close by and restaurants and bars are not too far away either. Outdoor activities are also in close proximity. It is just perfect and offers something for everyone’s taste. Though it is so disappointing to read that you weren’t happy with the room you were allocated with. It is a shame you didn’t ask to see if there was another room in this category while you were there. The rooms do vary in shape, size and décor. Regarding the choice of food in our restaurant, our chefs make sure to offer a balanced and varied menu on a daily basis with selected ingredients of the highest quality. We are very sorry that it wasn´t to your liking and that you didn´t enjoy your stay with us. We always ask our guests if they have enjoyed their stay. Choosing not to say anything at the time but instead to write us after checking out gives us no opportunity to improve your stay unfortunately. We wish you all the best. No problems. Very helpful staff sea facing The only downside is the transfer time from the airport.

Small, basic room, with small balcony.

Pros: The price was reasonable .
Cons: All repairs should have been done and checked.
Location: Good location, near beach, and lots of bars nearby.
The room was small but ok, the balcony door wouldn't lock and the electric card kept on catching on the main door. The cleanliness was good , and we only had one channel on the television, which was the news channel!

Decent budget Hotel

The room was very clean. Maid service every day. Very close to the sea and bars and restaurants. The room and bathroom were very small. The breakfast was just ok. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is in front of the beach in a good area. Staff is super helpful and hotel is clean. Breakfast is good and there are plenty of good rest. in the area. When in Can Picafort I will stay here.

Good stay for money spent

This hotel is very well used, almost everything inside bathroom is about to fall apart. However, hotel staff makes everything possible to make you happy. Breakfast is pretty good. This location is loved by German tourists, therefore, do not expect the hotel staff to be super fluent in English. Do not get stuck at the beach, although it is very beautiful, as soon as you arrived make arrangements to visit Dragon caves and other amazing places near by (ask the receptionist). Public transportation is convenient and cheap, although bus service from Can Picafort stops around 8pm. On the roof of the hotel there is solarium - really nice view from there!

Pros: Location and friendly staff.
Cons: Consistent hot water please. Also please serve acceptable food.
Location: Location is excellent - there is long stretch of white sand, and also bars which serve good cocktails. Also quick drive to centre of Alcudia.
The hotel is excellently located in Can Picaforte by the beach. Beach itself is beautiful, so it is a real treat to just go down the hotel and by the the beach. The hotel room itself is ok (you get what you pay for), and the staff are also good. However, there is limited and intermittent hot water in the shower, thereby making showertime a dreadful experience. Also, I appreciate, you get what you pay for, but certainly, there is no reason why a reasonably acceptable food would not be served. For breakfast, coffee is terrible, bread is bad, suasages taste like they are from cheap canned suasages... and for dinner, I survived with salad and a small slice of fish. Everthing else served is not acceptable. Also, drinks is not included, but guests are not allowed to bring their own drinks. Guests have to pay for it (even for water).

Great location for a short break

The hotel is in a great location right on the beach. Although the hotel is looking rather tired, its sister hotel is just across the road where you go to reception, breakfast etc. The pool is also away from the hotel but is worth the walk because it is so quiet and never over crowded. The rooms are adequate and cleaned every day. My only complaint was that the balcony was very small.

Fawlty Towers with good location!

Nice stay in Ca`n Picafort! JS Horitzo is a okay hotel. First we thought we had arrived Fawlty Towers. The reception was a case of its own. However they gave us a room that was nice. Thet fridge mentioned in the hotels own following papers is just balony. And... there is a locker in the room whith drawers... don`t "open" it! It`s a 3.bed!!!! Cleaning is very good. Location very good. Balconies a little to small. AC-system not to good. Germans all over the place, but they are everywhere. Most of the Spanish took us for Germans and spoke to us in German. If you`re not offended by this, this is a really nice place. Recomend also Horitzo Bar, cheap and clean!
