Disappointing
Bland ..and disappointing. Two of the bedroom doors couldnot close properly, there was leftover food from someone else in the cupboard. I walked into the ensuite bathroom and there was a bobby pin on the floor , not mine. A hair tie on the floor in the bedroom , not mine . No extra pillows , no top sheet on the bed , dont think they wash the doona cover after every guest. No covers on the spare doonas. No toilet paper or hand towel in downstairs toilet and only half a roll in the main bathroom and one in the ensuite..no non-slip mat in the bath/shower , very high step over to get into it .had this been in the photos would not have booked . Only one key to access the property between 6 guests.no wi-fi code . No code for accessing bin room for our rubbish and recycling. Kitchen was lacking essential items , no bin liners , no can opener , serving trays , ice cube trays. Cooktop still had food stuck to it. Freezer did not freeze properly. Stairs to next level were very steep , not shown in photos , would not have booked , one of group is recovering from knee surgery. Matress on the bed thin and uncomfortable. Only Roller blinds ,no curtains , blinds up , no privacy . Very close to all the neighbours. No little extras that we have found in other properties eg. Books games magazines art work and basic decorating to give that home away from home feeling. No coffee machine and only a 2 slice toaster . On the positive side the air conditioning worked well new poperty near lake
