This property had the smallest beach that was full of rocks and the most sargassum and seaweed I have ever experienced, it was terrible. And then we brought our two small children, one who takes naps and they were doing loud construction every day we were there M-Fri. Digging up concrete slabs with a jackhammer right next to the main pools. Food was decent, cocktails definitely watered down/diluted, very pretty presentation at main bars. We will not be back. Felt like a pool resort.

Service was excelled. Hotel is still undergoing construction. Example had to call the front desk at 330am because of banging on the rooftop pool. Only one resturant is open in the hotel and it’s hardly open. It’s covered outside by drapes. The pool is absolutely stunning. The gym wasn’t open. The rooftop pool opened on the last day. Super delicious food up there. While you’re laying out by the pool you hear people banging and walking around and doing construction. The pool bathroom didn’t even have handles and some old man was stuck in the stall screaming help help- lol. Stay at your own risk- this hotel will be great in 1 year when renovation is complete

This property is really one of the best AI resorts I've been to. We had a 1 Bedroom Swim Up and everything in the room was very well thought out. Things like powered blinds, a bidet, motion sensors in closet spaces, washer/dryer, and a full kitchen will definitely make your first world problems go away. Service was exceptional as well although some employees in the reception areas weren't too friendly but overall the experience was great. Our butlers Fernando & Caro were attentive and got us everything we needed during our stay. The housekeepers were exceptional as well. The room was always clean and the floors were clean enough to walk barefoot on with no dirt at the end of the day. My two young children really enjoyed this resort even after spending 7 nights at Nickelodeon. They liked the swim up and pools better here. The room service food was great and the delivery times were always on the dot. I ordered breakfast to be delivered at 845am on our departure date and the food arrived at 8:45am. The food at the restaurants could be better though but overall was good. We ate at DAO a few times and the food was good but not quite great Chinese food. The beef noodle soup was on par with some of the restaurants in San Francisco. Overall, I was impressed with this resort and will return when the time comes.

It is a family friendly resort you don’t notice a lot of young kids and that the resort does not look like a kids only resort which is great. We unfortunately had an incident and the staff was really kind and helpful and really went out of their way to make us feel better. Especially Belen and Fernando.

Everything about this resort was beautiful, the food, the service, the weather, amenities, customer service, butlers, especially the bartenders, they were awesome. The only reason I’m not giving this resort 5 stars is because it’s BRAND NEW and they’re STILL doing construction, meaning the construction did not stop. During the day it’s fine but like really man, between midnight and 6am they are still drilling and hammering and you can hear EVERYTHING AND CANT SLEEP. There needs to be a dead hours of construction so your guest can actually get some sleep at night because I definitely didn’t get a lick of sleep with all that drilling and hammering and just ridiculously loud construction noise. I hope they get this hotel done soon or at least figure out a plan to help guests out with this issue cause it’s going to deter ALOT of guests.
