The staff was great and the resort was beautiful. The only thing I would change is the variety of food available and the locations where dinner is available; no one wants to walk to the main building everynight for dinner when you stay closer to the beach.

Loved our time here. Aaron and Javier were awesome bartenders at swim up bars and treated us like family. Rudolph and Perez were also great at the Brazilian restaurant. Awesome vacation will be repeat customers. Only reason for 4 star was the beach seaweed.

Rooms were very nice, pools are amazing. Very spread out so you don’t feel like you swimming with a ton of other people. Staff was very nice and helpful. They do immediately try to sell you on a vacation package the second you walk in so beware. Food was pretty good.

Had a great time for what it was worth. The room was very nice. We Couldn’t swim in the ocean or take any pictures because of the seaweed. I Guess July isn’t a good time to travel, and there weren’t really many food options on the resort. We couldn’t get any reservations because all the restaurants were booked during our whole stay. So we only ate at the buffet and they served the same thing every night.

Big thanks to Sara the concierge for arranging the happy birthday balloons in my room. Room was clean. Staff were friendly. The food needs improvement but most all inclusive’s don’t have impressive food. The room service food was good though. The lady that was taking care of me during my spa pool time, appreciate her.

The place is amazing , very clean , well maintain . The restaurants and buffets are great. I love the stay in this resort . Some of the staff were very nice and some others were kind of rude They ignored you. Other than that I love the place.
