This resort has stunning views, incredible amenities, extremely clean, and the staff are all very pleasant. The transport to and from the resort was fast and we felt very safe. Immediately upon arrival we were taken into the Serenity Club check-in where we were greeted by our butler who provided us with two bottles of alcohol. We spent about five minutes filling out paperwork and our room was ready three hours early!! We stayed in the Junior Suite Swim Out Ocean Front. Serenity Club is an upgrade so, if you want A service, and access to exclusive amenities, be sure to upgrade when you book your stay. Our butler, Ignacio "Nacho", provided us with a 30-minute tour of the facility after checking in. He booked all of our dinner reservations and spa treatment. He kept in frequent communication with us throughout our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. Nacho was absolutely fantastic. When you visit Haven Riviera, be sure to request him. The good food options were: Olios - Mediterranean cuisine, but not like what you think of traditional Mediterranean cuisine. Next, we enjoyed Satsu - Asian cuisine. We loved the hibachi which is part of Satsu, but you have to have a reservation for that area. Lastly, the breakfast buffet was outstanding. Tons of options. The cleaning crew did a great job every day. The mini bar in our room was restocked every day with with water and beer. We can't say enough good things about Haven Riviera. They made our first trip to Cancun magical.

It did not meet my expectations. Service was also mediocre, only one staff member showed level of service I was expecting. The butler concept is useless since he was barely around and had to remind him of a couple of details. Grounds on Serenity section were nicely kept however, mid section pool was not clean, the beach was the biggest disappointment, dirty, garbage on sand no waiting staff unlike what is promoted. Will never go there again nor recommend.
