During my stay at TRS Coral I enjoyed my time and appreciated the service at the hotel. The butlers were good and attentive, housekeeping came regularly but I noticed they didn’t pay attention to details and in a bathroom area I think that’s a must. Overall I would recommend.

Really beautiful, well maintained property. Service was great. Food was really good as well. We had a swim up junior suite. And just being in the swim area, and the jacuzzi tub was vacation in itself. We’ll definitely be back.

I enjoyed the swim-up, and the property was beautiful! Andrei at the front desk was very helpful. The Thai restaurant is the best, and the spa is 10/10! The Butler were able to serve us from our swim-up pool, 10/10!

If you are looking for a little bit of luxury, this is it. I stayed in a swim out suite. The room was spacious and beautiful. The swim out area was also pretty spacious and a nice touch. I've been to other resorts where the food was horrible, or mid, but TRS did not disappoint. If you are looking to turn up this is not the resort, but if you want a nice chill vibe with all of the aesthetics and good food this is the place. I had access to the other 2 sister resorts, and this place is huge. Sadly I did not get to experience everything because of the massive size. The spa was really nice, treat yourself if possible. Enjoy!

Arrival: just OK. Reception coordinator was not very enthusiastic and barely audible. Lobby area is basic, lacking in details and some of the rugs very dirty. No real upkeep or regard for details. Room: cleanliness is totally lacking. Had to change rooms. Still not satisfied with cleanliness or the condition of the room that hasn’t had any upkeep in 5 years. Dust really everywhere: closets, lamps, wall decor, just unacceptable. Some strange stains in the bathroom area, including shower and bathroom doors. Signs of humidity everywhere in bathroom, including mirrors. Bathrobes horribly stiff. Mini-bar was leaking. Sofa is in need to deep cleaning. Amenities: generally, the restaurants were not OK. Food was low quality and compared to 5 years ago, very bland and just substandard. La Boheme was only good option all around. No coca cola products available, only pepsi. The positives were: most of the staff almost every where was amazing. Pool areas are nice. Beach is amazing. There were unusual circumstances during our stay due to a hurricane, but all mentioned so far is not hurricane related. Related to the hurricane, the contingency plan in place is not appropriate. Understandably, all restaurants and common areas were closed. Hotel staff dropped off soggy sandwiches and snacks at all rooms. These quickly spoiled. TV service and phone went out in some rooms, not all, but TV and phone has been unavailable for almost 24 hours. Same with wifi.

The reasons to go back to this property are countless. The rooms, the food, the amenities but mainly the staff. From Jonathan (bell boy), to Marco (Pool Butler), Ulises (Pool Waiter), Leyder (Bartender), Leticia (Pool Waiter), Alan (Helios), they are all wonderful people.

Upon arrival on June 17th, our expectations quickly turned sour. Despite booking and paying $520.00 USD for a premium experience, including a premium minibar, preferential dining reservations, and an upgraded room with an ocean view, we encountered numerous issues. Check-in was chaotic, leaving our luggage exposed while we endured relentless upselling attempts. Our room was unavailable until late evening. When we finally entered, we discovered a leaking shower with paint and drywall debris scattered about. We reported these issues to our butler, Eliado, at 10 pm. It took over two hours for maintenance to arrive and deem our room uninhabitable. We were relocated through a storm to a substandard room without promised amenities. Throughout our stay, service failures and miscommunications persisted. Despite a promised $130.00 USD reimbursement for the first night, staff were unaware of our entitlements, and we couldn't use the credit. Our attempts to book services and dining reservations were futile. Premium amenities such as beachside service and Bali beds were unavailable. Frustrations culminated in a sleepless night due to a malfunctioning TV remote, an unsolicited early morning wake-up call, and our butler entering our suite unannounced while we were in the jacuzzi, asking us to leave for housekeeping. We decided to cut short our stay, incurring additional expenses to change our flights. At checkout, despite expressing our dissatisfactio, we were still charged an extra $

This place was the worst experience The food was bad and anytime you tried to get reservations they were “full” but the restaurants were super empty Our room our ac was broken and all they offered me was a FAN! I was so upset and made them switch me room’s especially after the price i paid they just kept saying someone would fix someone told us well how cold do we want it like as if we were wrong ! It was an awful experience then checking out they charge you more for an eco price ! Honestly worst all inclusive ! ALSO WHEN YOU FIRST GET THERE they try to Sell you on a pass for vacations like a time share and get you with a free massage or pass For the show which they end up charging you for don’t book here
