“Overall it's a good experience, I can honestly say that The ocean front room view is amazing and worthy of every single penny!!!! Something I recommend is to rent a car so you can always go outside and eat in local restaurant. The restaurants inside the resort is overprice, breakfast food is good and the restaurant Nectar is good. Other restaurant is not worth it. Besides pricey dining, staff that works in the resort are super super friendly and nice!!! Which is also boost my experience. So I……

“We enjoyed the hotel. Everyone was wonderful and the place and room was clean and good breakfast! The only thing that I was not too happy was the pool it was small more like seat back relax not to swim in.”

“Hi, the staff were very friendly—no complaints about that. The room service was always prompt; however, the public swimming pool is located at the hotel. It’s very disgusting and poorly maintained. White debris, hair, and murky water are throughout the pool and the hot tub. It caused a rash to break out all over my body. Sadly, I did not want to go to the pool again, and the pool looked very dirty given the price of this stay and the all-inclusive package. I would expect more to be offered; food……

“The vallet guys were awesome and the front desk as well , my only issue is that we were in the 10th floor , right below the restaurant so we can here everything all day all night and the room was next to the elevator. Also they never changed my bed sheets not once other than that the hotel and location were beautiful.”
